Pengaruh Pemberian Pakan Pabrikan yang Berbeda pada Ayam Joper Fase Starter di Desa Karang Tengah, Gunung Kidul Terhadap Produksi Karkas, Giblet dan Lemak Abdominal

Konsumsi daging ayam kampung berbanding terbalik dengan produksi daging ayam kampung yang mengalami penurunan produksi. Upaya perbaikan genetik untuk peningkatan produksi daging unggas menghasilkan ayam Joper. Perlu dilakukanya penelitian dampak pakan fase starter yang berbeda terhadap pertumbuhan dan produksi karkas, giblet dan lemak abdominal ayam Joper. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh perbedaan pemberian tiga pakan pabrikan terhadap produktivitas karkas ayam Jowo Super. Sebanyak 240 ekor ayam Jowo Super dibagi menjadi 3 perlakuan dan 4 ulangan, setiap ulangan pakan pabrikannya menggunakan 20 ekor dan setiap ulangan diambil 2 ekor ayam untuk dipotong. Perlakuan pakan terdiri dari 3 pakan yang berbeda yaitu pakan dengan kode A, kode C dan kode K diberikan dalam bentuk fine crumble. Pemberian pakan dan minum diberikan secara ad libitum. Penelitin dilakukan selama 10 minggu dengan parameter yang diukur adalah bobot potong hidup, bobot karkas, bobot lemak abdominal, bobot empedal kosong, panjang usus halus. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan ANOVA berdasarkan Rancangan Acak Lengkap Pola Searah dengan perangkat lunak personal komputer Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) versi 25.0 dan apabila berbeda nyata dilanjutkan dengan Least Significant Difference (LSD). Hasil penelitian diperoleh bobot badan perlakuan A, K dan C berturut - turut 713, 785 dan 723, persentase karkas 59,9; 62,0 dan 62,0?n persentase giblet 6,0; 5,8 dan 5,6 menunjukkan bahwa pemberian tiga pakan pabrikan yang berbeda pada ayam Joper fase starter tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap bobot dan persentase karkas serta giblet ayam Joper. Berdasarkan penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengaruh pemberian tiga pakan pabrikan yang berbeda pada fase starter tidak memberikan pengaruh terhadap berat dan persentase karkas, giblet dan lemak abdominal.

The consumption of native chicken meat is inversely proportional to the production of native chicken meat, which has decreased. Genetic improvement efforts to increase poultry meat production produced Joper chicken. It is necessary to conduct research on the impact of different starter phase feed on the growth and production of carcasses, giblets and abdominal fat of Joper chickens. This research aims to investigate the effect of differences in the feeding of three factory feeds on the carcass productivity of Jowo Super chickens. A total of 240 Jowo Super chickens were divided into 3 treatments and 4 replicates, each replicate used 20 chickens and each replicate was taken 2 chickens for slaughter. The feed treatment consisted of 3 different feeds namely feed with code A, code C and code K given in the form of fine crumble. Feeding and drinking were given ad libitum. The research was conducted for 10 weeks with the parameters measured were live slaughter weight, carcass weight, abdominal fat weight, empty gallbladder weight, small intestine length. Data were analyzed using ANOVA based on a Randomized Complete Block Design with personal computer software Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) version 25.0 and if significantly different followed by Least Significant Difference (LSD). The results showed that the body weight of treatments A, K and C were 713, 785 and 723 respectively, the percentage of carcasses was 59.9; 62.0 and 62.0% and the percentage of giblets was 6.0; 5.8 and 5.6 indicating that the feeding of three different factory feeds to starter phase Joper chickens did not significantly affect the weight and percentage of carcasses and giblets of Joper chickens. Based on this research, it can be concluded that the effect of feeding three different factory feeds in the starter phase does not affect the weight and percentage of carcasses, giblets and abdominal fat.
