Penerapan Exemplary Leadership dalam Pembinaan Satuan di Detasemen Arhanud 003/ARK

Peranan kepemimpinan yang mengutamakan keteladanan yang dilakukan oleh para unsur komandan menjadi hal yang sangat penting dalam pelaksanaan pembinaan satuan di Detasemen Arhanud 003/ARK. Hal ini terkait dengan anggota satuan yang dituntut untuk menjaga kesiapan operasionalnya dalam melindungi dari segala serangan udara yang semakin berkembang. 

Penelitian kuantitatif yang dilakukan terhadap seluruh anggota Detasemen bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi tentang  penerapan Exemplary Leadership melalui praktek (Model The Ways, Challenge the Process, Inspire a shared vision, Enable other to Act, and Encourage the Heart) oleh unsur Komandan dalam pembinaan satuan di Detasemen Arhanud 003/ARK dan mengetahui penerapan Exemplary Leadership dari kelima indikator tersebut yang paling berpengaruh dalam pembinaan satuan di Detasemen Arhanud 003/ARK

Analisis regresi berganda melalui metode Stepwise terdapat perbedaan penerapan Exemplary Leadership  menurut bagian Baterai A, Baterai B, Peleton Rudal, dan Peleton Pemeliharaan. Kondisi ini berdampak pada pembinaan satuan di Detasemen Arhanud 003/ARK. Hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa pembinaan satuan dipengaruhi secara positif oleh penerapan Exemplary Leadership pada praktek Challenge The Process dan Encourage The Heart, sedangkan faktor yang lain yakni Model The Ways, Inspire Shared Vision, Enable Other To Act. Hal tersebut karena  masih adanya kendala dan hambatan dalam pembinaan satuan di Detasemen Arhanud 003/ARK yang membutuhkan strategi dan ide-ide yang inovatif serta anggota yang selalu optimis dalam peningkatan pembinaan satuan di Detasemen Arhanud 003/ARK.

The role of leadership that prioritizes exemplary behavior by commanders is very important in the implementation of unit development at Detachment Arhanud 003/ARK. It is related to members Air Force is required to maintain their operational readiness to protect against any growing air attacks.

Study Quantitative carried out on all Detachment members aim to explore the implementation of Exemplary Leadership through practice (Model The Ways, Challenge the Process, Inspire a shared vision, Enable other to Act, and Encourage the Heart) by Commander elements in unit coaching at Detachment Arhanud 003/ARK and know the implementation Exemplary Leadership of the five most influential indicators in unit development at Detachment Arhanud 003/ARK

Multiple regression analysis through the method Stepwisethere are differences in the implementation of Exemplary Leadership according to the sections of Battery A, Battery B, Missile Platoon, and Maintenance Platoon. This condition has an impact on unit development in the Arhanud 003/ARK Detachment. The results of the analysis show that unit development is positively influenced by the implementation of Exemplary Leadership in the practice of Challenge The Process and Encourage The Heart, while other factors are Model The Ways, Inspire Shared Vision, and Enable Others To Act. This is because there are still obstacles and obstacles in unit development at Detachment Arhanud 003/ARK which require innovative strategies and ideas and members who are always optimistic about improving unit development at Detachment Arhanud 003/ARK.
