Efektivitas Prosedur Non-Bedah Untuk Perawatan Kasus Black Triangle Di Zona Estetika Terhadap Tinggi Papila Interdental

Black triangle merupakan embrasure servikal ke kontak proksimal yang tidak di isi oleh jaringan gingiva. Hingga kini, perawatan kasus black triangle telah berkembang dengan menawarkan prosedur non-bedah seperti injeksi gel asam hialuronat, i-PRF, dan terapi fotobiomodulasi. Berbagai penelitian juga telah melaporkan penggunaan asam hialuronat, i-PRF dan terapi fotobiomodulasi untuk meningkatkan tinggi papila interdental. Dengan demikian, diperlukan evaluasi dan kajian bukti terkini dari literatur-literatur yang telah ada. Review ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi keefektifan prosedur non-bedah untuk perawatan kasus black triangle di zona estetika terhadap tinggi papila interdental. Penelusuran literatur dilakukan secara sistematis dari berbagai database internasional seperti PubMed, ScienceDirect, Google Scholar, dan Semantic Scholar. Tahapan penyeleksian literatur dilakukan melalui proses identifikasi artikel, screening, dan pemenuhan kriteria inklusi. Sebanyak 52 artikel yang diterbitkan pada tahun 2012 – 2022 dan telah memenuhi kriteria dilakukan ekstraksi data pemeriksaan berbagai parameter klinis dari kasus black triangle. Hasil review menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan injeksi gel asam hialuronat, i-PRF dan terapi fotobiomodulasi menunjukkan hasil perawatan yang signifikan pada kasus black triangle. Dilaporkan bahwa prosedur non-bedah yaitu injeksi gel asam hialuronat, i-PRF dan terapi fotobiomodulasi pada kasus black triangle menunjukkan hasil yang efektif terhadap peningkatan tinggi papila interdental.

The black triangle is a cervical embrasure to the proximal contact that is not filled with gingival tissue. To date, the treatment of black triangle cases has evolved to offer non-surgical procedures such as hyaluronic acid injection, i-PRF, and photobiomodulation therapy. Various studies have also reported the use of hyaluronic acid, i-PRF and photobiomodulation therapy to increase the height of the interdental papillae. Thus, it is necessary to evaluate and review the latest evidence from the existing literature. This review aims to identify the effectiveness of non-surgical procedures for the treatment of black triangle cases in the aesthetic zone on the height of the interdental papillae. Literature searches were carried out systematically from various international databases such as PubMed, ScienceDirect, Google Scholar, and Semantic Scholar. The literature selection stages are carried out through the process of identifying articles, screening, and fulfilling inclusion criteria. A total of 52 articles were published in 2012 – 2022 and have met the criteria for data extraction examination of various clinical parameters from the black triangle case. The results of the review showed that the use of hyaluronic acid injection, i-PRF and photobiomodulation therapy showed significant treatment results in cases of black triangle. It was reported that non-surgical procedures, namely injection of hyaluronic acid gel, i-PRF and photobiomodulation therapy in the case of the black triangle showed effective results in increasing the height of the interdental papillae.
