Sintesis Dan Karakterisasi Scaffold Nanofiber Polivinil Alkohol (PVA) Berbasis Stronsium Hidroksiapatit Dari Cangkang Lobster Pasir (Panulirus Homarus) Untuk Rekayasa Jaringan Tulang

Pada penelitian ini telah berhasil dilakukan fabrikasi scaffold nanofiber PVA berbasis stronsium hidroksiapatit (SrHAp) menggunakan metode kopresipitasi dan electrospinning. Sintesis SrHAp menggunakan substitusi kandungan Sr sebesar 10at% Fabrikasi scaffold nanofiber menggunakan variasi kandungan SrHAp sebesar 5 wt%, 10 wt%, dan 15 wt% terhadap massa polimer. HAp dan SrHAp dikarakterisasi menggunakan XRD, FTIR, SEM-EDX, dan TEM. Substitusi Sr menyebabkan penurunan kristalinitas dan ukuran kristal, pergeseran pita serapan fosfat, dan penurunan ukuran partikel. Scaffold nanofiber dikarakterisasi menggunakan XRD, FTIR, SEM, Uji Bioaktivitas, dan Uji Tarik. Penambahan SrHAp menyebabkan penurunan ukuran rata-rata diameter. Hasil XRD, FTIR, dan TEM menunjukkan inkorporasi SrHAp dengan matriks nanofiber. Karakteristik mekanis meningkat dengan penambahan SrHAp. Substitusi Sr menyebabkan peningkatan sifat bioaktivitas.

In this study, the fabrication of PVA nanofiber scaffold based on strontium hydroxyapatite (SrHAp) was successfully carried out using coprecipitation and electrospinning methods. Synthesis of SrHAp using a substitution of Sr content of 10at% Fabrication of nanofiber scaffolds using variations of SrHAp content of 5 wt%, 10 wt%, and 15 wt% to the mass of the polymer. HAp and SrHAp were characterized using XRD, FTIR, SEM-EDX, and TEM. Sr substitution causes a decrease in crystallinity and crystal size, a shift in the phosphate absorption band, and a decrease in particle size. Nanofiber scaffold was characterized using XRD, FTIR, SEM, Bioactivity Test, and Tensile Test. The addition of SrHAp causes a decrease in the average diameter size. XRD, FTIR, and TEM results show the incorporation of SrHAp with the nanofiber matrix. Mechanical characteristics improved with the addition of SrHAp. Sr substitution led to an increase in bioactivity properties.
