ANALISIS FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI PENDAPATAN PEDAGANG TERAS MALIOBORO

Teras Malioboro yang terletak di pusat Kota Yogyakarta merupakan tempat relokasi bagi PKL Malioboro. Relokasi PKL tersebut dilakukan dengan tujuan sebagai penataan Kawasan Malioboro. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh modal, lama usaha, jam kerja dan jumlah pengunjung terhadap pendapatan pedagang di Teras Malioboro. Penelitian ini merupakan pelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer yang diperoleh dari observasi, wawancara langsung dan penyebaran kuisioner. Alat analisis yang digunakan yaitu regresi linier berganda data cross section dan pengujian hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel modal, jam kerja dan jumlah pengunjung memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pendapatan pedagang Teras Malioboro, sedangkan variabel lama usaha tidak berpengaruh terhadap pendapatan pedagang Teras Malioboro. Variabel modal, lama usaha, jam kerja dan jumlah pengunjung secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap pendapatan Pedagang Teras Malioboro.

Teras Malioboro which is located in the center of the City of Yogyakarta, is a place to relocate the Malioboro Street Vendors. The relocation was carried out with the aim of Malioboro area rearrangement. This study aims to determine the effect of asset, length of business, working hours, and the number of visitors to vendor revenue in Teras Malioboro. This research uses a quantitative descriptive research. The data used are primary data obtained from observation, direct interviews, and questionnaires distribution. The analysis tool used is multiple linear regression with cross-section data and hypothesis testing. The results shows that the variable of asset, working hours, and the number of visitors have positive and significant effect to the revenue of Teras Malioboro's vendors, while the variable of the length of business has no significant effect. Moreover, variables of asset, length of business, working hours, and number of visitors simultaneously affect the income of the Teras Malioboro's vendors.
