MANAJEMEN KEAMANAN AKTIVITAS WISATA SELOPAMIORO ADVENTURE PARK

Bencana alam dan kecelakaan kegiatan wisata menjadi sebuah permasalahan dalam pengelolaan kegiatan wisata di Selopamioro Adventure Park. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana implementasi manajemen keamanan kegiatan wisata yang dijalankan oleh pengelola Selopamioro Adventure Park sekaligus menjadi bahan evaluasi pengelola untuk mengatur keamanan kegiatan wisata menjadi lebih baik. Penelitian ini berjenis kualitatif dengan metode observasi, studi pustaka, dan wawancara dengan pengelola serta mitra yang terlibat. Sumber daya manusia yang bersertifikat dan mempunyai kompetensi sudah dimiliki oleh pengelola, tetapi jumlah pengelola yang sedikit menjadi hambatan bagi pengelola. Sedangkan untuk peralatan kegiatan wisata dalam kondisi yang baik walaupun pengelola harus melakukan peminjaman dari mitra kerja untuk mengatasi jumlah peralatan. Lokasi dan kondisi alam menjadi tantangan tersendiri bagi pengelola karena wilayah Selopamioro terhitung luas dan menyulitkan pengelola dalam hal pengawasan. Pengelola Selopamioro Adventure Park sendiri telah menyadari beberapa permasalahan tersebut namun karena beberapa permasalahan saling terhubung, belum terlihat secara jelas dampak evaluasi yang dilakukan serta membutuhkan proses waktu yang panjang.

Natural disasters and tourism activity accidents occur to come into a problem that has an impact on a major change in the management of tourism activities at Selopamioro Adventure Park. This study aims to find out how the security management of tourism activities is implemented by the manager of Selopamioro Adventure Park as well as being an evaluation material for managers to manage the safety of tourism activities for the better. This research is a qualitative type with observation methods, literature studies, and interviews with the managers and partners involved. Certified and competent human resources are owned by managers, although the limited number of managers is an obstacle for themselves. As for the equipment for tourism activities, it is in good condition, however, the manager has to borrow from work partners to cover the amount of equipment. The location and natural conditions remain to be a challenge for managers since the Selopamioro area is relatively large and makes it difficult for managers in charge of supervision. The manager of Selopamioro Adventure Park is aware of some of these problems, though as some of the problems are interconnected and involve many lines, the impact of the evaluation has not been clearly seen and it requires a long process.
