2022, merupakan tahun keemasan untuk para penggemar musik Dan penyelenggara event. para event organizer mulai berani untuk menggelar konser setelah hiatus selama 2 tahun terakhir akibat pandemi covid-19. Selama itu juga, para event organizer dipaksa untuk hibernasi, selama 2 tahun pula para kuli pertunjukan terpaksa dirumahkan. Namun mulai awal tahun ini gemerlap konser megah nan mewah sudah muncul ke permukaan lagi. Melalui penelitian dan wawancara terhadap beberapa pekerja event, ternyata, dibalik gemerlap konser megah, masih banyak pekerja rentan atau prekariat yang mengalami eksploitasi, dari jam kerja yang tak menentu, upah yang sangat minim, dan tidak adanya jaminan kerja akibat regulasi yang tidak berpihak terhadap mereka.

During that time, the event organizers were forced to hibernate, and for 2 years the show crew had to be laid off. However, starting earlier this year, the glitz and glam of a magnificent and luxurious concert has surfaced again. Through research and interviews with several event workers, it turns out that, behind the glitz and glam of the grand concert, there are still many vulnerable workers or precariats who experience exploitation, from irregular working hours, very minimal wages, and no job security due to regulations that are not in favor of them.
