Redesain Unit Rehabilitasi Napza RSJ Prof Dr. Soerojo Magelang dengan Pendekatan Architectural Determinism

Indonesia sedang mengalami kondisi darurat narkoba. Angka prevalensi pengguna narkoba pada tahun 2017 sebesar 1,77% atau sekitar 3 juta lebih masyarakat Indonesia menggunakan narkoba. Keberadaan narkoba di antara masyarakat tentu menghambat perkembangan bangsa karena sumber daya manusia yang ada tidak mampu beraktivitas secara produktif. Pemulihan kondisi pecandu agar lepas dari jerat kecanduan barang terlarang tersebut wajib dilakukan. Sayangnya, sebagian besar kasus keterlibatan zat terlarang lebih sering berakhir di balik jeruji besi, dimana putusan ini tidak solutif. Efek jera yang ditimbulkan oleh penjara tidak mampu mengembalikan kondisi pecandu kembali normal, bahkan bisa memburuk. Rehabilitasi napza di Indonesia telah ada di tiap provinsi, namun dinilai masih kurang gencar dalam merehabilitasi para pecandu. Hal tersebut dilihat dari gagalnya mencapai target rehabilitasi di tahun 2017. Rehabilitasi napza menjadi solusi terbaik dalam menangani kasus kecanduan, karena perawatan yang dilaksanakan bukan hanya medis, namun psikologis serta vokasional. Di unit rehabilitasi napza RSJ Prof Dr. Soerojo, dalam merehabilitasi seorang pecandu, tahapan perawatan harus dilakukan secara teratur dan terurut untuk melepaskan pecandu dari pengaruh napza yang ada di dalam dirinya. Diperlukan adanya kesadaran dan kemauan dari pasien untuk mengikuti tahapan tersebut, karena perawat tidak bisa memaksakan tahapan rehabilitasi kepada pasien. Untuk membentuk kesadaran dan paksaan secara pasif agar pasien tergerak untuk sembuh, dibutuhkan pemicu yang berasal dari lingkungan. Architectural determinism merupakan solusi dari kebutuhan tersebut. Tujuan dari penerapan pendekatan tersebut lingkungan binaan dapat diatur sedemikian rupa sehingga perilaku pasien dapat terarah dan terbentuk sesuai dengan kebutuhan rehabilitasi, tanpa disadari pasien. Diharapkan tempat rehabilitasi napza ini mampu memberi angin segar dalam dunia medis, sehingga mampu memicu pecandu atau kerabat untuk mencari pertolongan ke fasilitas rehabilitasi napza.

The effects of jail-induced abuse cannot restore the addict to normal, and can even worsen. Indonesia's drug rehabilitation has been in every province, but it is still considered less difficult to rehabilitate addicts. It is seen from the failure to achieve the target of rehabilitation in 2017. Rehabilitation of the drug to be the best solution in case of addiction, because treatment is carried out not only medical but psychological as well as vocational training. In the hospital's rehabilitation unit Prof Dr. RSJ Soerojo, in the rehabilitation of an addict, treatment steps should be taken regularly and regularly to release addicts from the influence of drugs that is present in them. There is a need for the patient's awareness and willingness to follow the stage, as the nurse cannot force the rehabilitation stage. To generate passive awareness and coercion for the patient to be moved to recovery, a trigger is needed to come from the environment. Architectural determinism is the solution to that need. The purpose of applying this approach to the built environment can be set in such a way that the patient's behavior can be directed and shaped according to the need for rehabilitation, regardless of the patient. It is hoped that this drug rehabilitation facility will be able to provide a fresh breeze in the medical world, thus enabling addicts or relatives to seek assistance in drug rehabilitation facilities.
