PERBANDINGAN RESPON TUMOR MENURUT RECIST 1.1 DAN RANO-BM PADA METASTASIS OTAK Anggie Swarha Patria1, Lina Choridah2, Anita Ekowati2 1Residen dan 2Staff Departemen Radiologi Fakultas Kedokteran, Kesehatan Masyarakat, dan Keperawatan; Universitas Gadjah Mada Yogyakarta-Indonesia INTISARI Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui adanya perbandingan evaluasi respon tumor serta pilihan kriteria yang lebih sesuai untuk digunakan saat ini antara kriteria RECIST 1.1 dan RANO-BM pada metastasis otak. Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian uji analitik komparatif dengan desain penelitian cross sectional. Pengambilan data dilakukan secara retrospektif dari data sekunder pasien dengan pengantar klinis curiga metastasis otak yang dilakukan pemeriksaan MRI kepala di Instalasi Radiologi RSUP Dr. Sardjito Yogyakarta pada bulan Desember 2018 sampai Desember 2022. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara consecutive non-random sampling. Subyek terpilih sesuai dengan kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi. Dilakukan penilaian evaluasi respon tumor pada MRI kepala menggunakan kriteria RECIST 1.1 dan RANO-BM. Hasil: Jumlah sampel 27 subyek. Terbanyak jenis kelamin perempuan yaitu 19 subyek (70,4%). Usia didominasi kelompok 46-65 tahun (33%). Lesi primer terbanyak berasal dari non small cell lung carcinoma/ NSCLC (44,4%). Lokasi lesi didominasi lebih dari satu lobus (81,5%). Hasil uji Wilcoxon didapatkan nilai p = 0,655 (p > 0,05) yang menunjukkan bahwa tidak ada perbedaan pengukuran antara RECIST 1.1 dengan RANO-BM. Secara kuantitatif terdapat perbedaan besaran pengukuran dalam satuan persen pada RANO-BM. Tidak terdapat hubungan yang bermakna antara usia (p = 0,805), jenis kelamin (p = 0,659), lesi primer (p = 0,686) dan lokasi tumor (p = 0,974) terhadap respon tumor dengan kriteria RANO-BM. Kesimpulan: Tidak terdapat perbedaan signifikan secara statistik dalam penilaian respon tumor menggunakan kriteria RECIST 1.1 dengan RANO-BM (p = 0,655). Secara kuantitatif terdapat perbedaan besaran pengukuran dalam satuan persen pada RANO-BM. Tidak terdapat hubungan yang bermakna antara usia (p = 0,805), jenis kelamin (p = 0,659), lesi primer (p = 0,686) dan lokasi tumor (p = 0,974) terhadap respon tumor dengan kriteria RANO-BM

COMPARISON OF TUMOR RESPONSE BY RECIST 1.1 AND RANO-BM IN BRAIN METASTASIS Anggie Swarha Patria1, Lina Choridah2, Anita Ekowati2 1Resident and 2Staff Departement of Radiology Faculty of Medicine, Public Health and Nursing; Gadjah Mada University Yogyakarta-Indonesia ABSTRACT Objective: This study aims to determine whether there is a comparison of evaluation of tumor response and the choice of criteria that are more suitable for current use between RECIST 1.1 and RANO-BM criteria in brain metastases. Method: This was an analytic comparative study with a cross-sectional research design. Data collection was carried out retrospectively from secondary data of patients with an introduction to the clinical suspected brain metastasis who underwent a head MRI examination at the Radiology Installation of RSUP Dr. Sardjito Yogyakarta from December 2018 to December 2022. Sampling was carried out using consecutive non-random sampling. Subjects were selected according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria. Tumor response assessment was carried out by RECIST 1.1 and RANO-BM in brain metastasis on head MRI. Result: The number of samples is 27. Most of them were female 19 subjects (70,4%). The age group was dominated by 46 – 65 years (33%). Most of the primary lesions were from non-small cell lung carcinoma/NSCLC (44,4%). The location of the lesion was dominated by more than one lobe (81,5%). The Wilcoxon test results obtained a value of p = 0,655 (p > 0.05) which indicated that there was no difference in measurement between RECIST 1.1 and RANO-BM. Quantitatively, there are differences in measurement quantities in units of percent on the RANO-BM criteria. There was no significant relationship between age (p = 0,805), gender (p = 0,659), primary lesion (p = 0,686), and tumor location (p = 0,974) to tumor response with RANO-BM criteria. Conclusion: There was no statistically significant difference in the assessment of tumor response using RECIST 1.1 criteria with RANO-BM (p = 0,655). Quantitatively, there are differences in measurement quantities in units of percent on the RANO-BM criteria. There was no significant relationship between age, gender, primary lesion, and tumor location to tumor response with RANO-BM criteria.
