Pengukuran Tingkat Ketergunaan Registri Gagal Jantung Berbasis Aplikasi Android (ORION-HF/Yogyakarta Registry On Heart Failure)

Latar belakang: Sebuah terobosan diperlukan untuk mampu membuat register pasien gagal jantung yang berkesinambungan dan terintegrasi dengan baik di Indonesia yang memiliki wilayah geografis yang luas dan sistem pelayanan kesehatan yang berjenjang. Aplikasi ORION-HF dikembangkan untuk tujuan tersebut. Aplikasi yang dikembangkan membutuhkan pengujian kegunaan atau usability testing. Usability testing adalah salah satu metode penilaian kegunaan untuk mengidentifikasi masalah yang spesifik pada produk IT dan berfokus pada interaksi antara pengguna dan tugas dalam lingkungan kerja. Hasil analisis dapat menjadi sumber masukan untuk penyempurnaan aplikasi agar siap diimplementasikan secara operasional. Tujuan: Mendeskripsikan usability pada aplikasi ORION-HF. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan desain deskriptif kualitatif yang bertempat di rumah sakit sekitar RSUP Dr. Sardjito Yogyakarta. Informan pada penelitian ini adalah pengguna dari aplikasi ORION-HF di rumah sakit tersebut. Pengumpulan data kuantitatif dan kualitatif dilakukan pada penelitian ini. Hasil: Hasil pengukuran user performance diperoleh waktu penyelesaian tugas yang cukup cepat, waktu paling lama dibutuhkan untuk pengisian data pasien selama 446 detik. Sebagian besar tugas diselesaikan dengan lengkap dan benar. Sebesar 36 error teridentifikasi dan sebagian besar termasuk kategori permasalahan kosmetik. User perceived pengguna tentang kegunaan aplikasi yaitu aplikasi dianggap telah mencakup data yang dibutuhkan untuk sebuah register. Menurut pengguna aplikasi mudah untuk dipelajari dan memiliki kecepatan yang cukup. Saran : Perlu dilakukan perbaikan pada beberapa fitur. Selain itu perlu dilakukan maintenance pada aplikasi secara rutin dapat dilakukan untuk menghindari gangguan pada aplikasi. Kepada penelitian selanjutnya agar dapat mengeksplorasi atribut usability lainnya pada kerangka teori Health ITUEM dalam menilai kegunaan produk sistem informasi dan menggunakan model evaluasi usability yang lainnya seperti comparative atau verification testing untuk mengeksplorasi keunggulan dan kelemahan beberapa produk pada tahapan pengembangan sistem secara keseluruhan.

Background: A breakthrough innovation is needed to be able to create a continuous and well-integrated register of heart failure patients in Indonesia, which has a large geographical area and a hierarchical health service system. The ORION-HF application was developed for this purpose. The developed application requires usability testing. Usability testing is one of the methods of usability assessment to identify specific problems with IT products and focuses on the interaction between users and tasks in the work environment. The analysis results can be a source of input for improving the application so that it is ready for operational implementation. Objective: To describe the usability of the ORION-HF application. Method: This research used a descriptive qualitative design located at hospitals around RSUP Dr. Sardjito Yogyakarta. The informants in this study were users of the ORION-HF application at the hospital. Quantitative and qualitative data collection was carried out in this study. Results: The results of user performance measurements obtained a sufficient fast task completion time, the longest time required to fill in patient data was 446 seconds. Most tasks were completed completely and correctly. 36 errors were identified and most were included in the cosmetic problem category. The user perceived users about the usefulness of the application is that the application is considered to have included the data needed for a register. According to users, the application is easy to learn and has a sufficient speed. Recommendations: Improvements need to be made to several features. In addition, routine maintenance on the application can be done to avoid disruptions to the application. To future research, it is necessary to explore other usability attributes in the Health ITUEM theory framework in evaluating the usefulness of information system products and using other usability evaluation models such as comparative or verification testing to explore the advantages and disadvantages of some products at the stage of overall system development.
