Analisa Pengaruh dan Proyeksi Investasi, Tenaga Kerja dan Ekspor terhadap Pertumbuhan Ekonomi di Kawasan Perdagangan Bebas & Pelabuhan Bebas (KPBPB) Batam

Penelitian ini mencoba untuk menjelaskan analisis pengaruh dan proyeksi investasi, tenaga kerja, ekspor dan pertumbuhan ekonomi di KPBPB Batam berdasarkan data runtun waktu dari Tahun Kuartal 1 2011- Kuartal 4 2022 dan dianalisis dengan menggunakan metode analisis ARIMA (Autoregressive Moving Avverage), Uji Asumsi Klasik, Uji Hipotesis (Uji T dan F), Analisis Regresi Berganda dan Analisis Koefisien Determinasi (R2) Kinerja perekonomian KPBPB Batam di sektor industri, jasa, perdagangan, pariwisata dan alihkapal memiliki pertumbuhan dinamis dan berdaya saing global karena berada di regional Segitiga Emas SIJORI (Singapura-Johor-Riau) juga ASEAN. Nilai konstanta sejumlah -209,52 mengungkapkan bahwa jika variabel dependen yaitu Pertumbuhan Ekonomi (Y) ialah (0) nol maka Pertumbuhan Ekonomi ialah sejumlah konstanta -209,52%. Nilai koefisien Investasi sejumlah -2,602 mengungkapkan bahwa penurunan Investasi dalam satu satuan angka akan berakibat pada penurunan Pertumbuhan Ekonomi sejumlah -2,602% dengan asumsi variabel lain konstan. Nilai koefisien Tenaga Kerja sejumlah -39,111 mengungkapkan bahwa penurunan Tenaga Kerja dalam satu satuan angka akan berakibat pada penurunan Pertumbuhan Ekonomi sejumlah -39,111% dengan asumsi variabel lain konstan Nilai koefisien Ekspor sejumlah 5,926 mengungkapkan bahwa peningkatan Ekspor dalam satu satuan angka akan berakibat pada kenaikan Pertumbuhan Ekonomi sejumlah 5,926% dengan asumsi variabel lain konstan. Tren Investasi di KPBPB Batam dihasilkan bahwa selalu mengalami peningkatan yakni sebesar Rp 22.822.278.334 pada Kuartal I tahun 2021, Rp 23.637.996.388 (naik 3,53 %) pada Kuartal 1 tahun 2022 dan terakhir Rp 31.591.247.411 (naik 2,68 %) pada Kuartal IV tahun 2031 (dalam Ribuan Rupiah). Tren Tenaga Kerja di KPBPB Batam juga terjadi peningkatan terus-menerus, yaitu sejumlah 388.620 orang pada Kuartal 1 Tahun 2021, 388.620 orang (naik 1,85 %) pada Kuartal 4 tahun 2022 hingga terakhir 466.295 orang (naik 1,58 %) pada Kuartal 4 tahun 2031. Tren Ekspor di KPBPB Batam mengalami tren negatif yaitu sejumlah 6.216 Ton pada Kuartal 1 Tahun 2021, 4493,45 Ton pada Kuartal 1 tahun 2022 hingga terakhir 4.122,73 Ton pada Kuartal 4 tahun 2031 (dalam Ribuan Ton). Tren Pertumbuhan Ekonomi di KPBPB Batam berbeda dengan variabel independen, variabel dependen ini pada awalnya mengalami tren positif yaitu 5,01 % dan 5,44 pada kuartal 1 dan 2 tahun 2021, namun selalu turun sejak kuartal 3 tahun 2021 yaitu 3,51, hingga 0,26 % (turun -3,1 %) pada kuartal 4 tahun 2031.

This study tries to explain the influence analysis and projected investment, workforce, exports and economic growth at Batam FTZ based on time series data from Quarter 1 2011- Quarter 4 2022 and analyzed using the ARIMA (Autoregressive Moving Average) analysis method. Batam FTZ economic performance in the sectors of industry, services, trade, tourism and transshipment has dynamic growth and is globally competitive because it is in the SIJORI Golden Triangle region (Singapore-Johor-Riau) as well as ASEAN. The dynamics of various elements affecting the economy of Batam FTZ have an effect on the development of the fluctuating character of the economic sector's performance. The constant value of -209.52 indicates that if the dependent variable, namely Economic Growth (Y) is (0) zero, then Economic Growth is a constant number of -209.52%. The investment coefficient value is -2,602, indicating that a decrease in investment in one unit number will have an impact on a decrease in economic growth of -2,602% with other variable assumptions being constant. The labor force coefficient value is -39.111, it reveals that a decrease in manpower in one unit figure will have an impact on a decrease in economic growth by -39.111% assuming other variables are constant. Economic growth of 5.926% assuming other variables are constant. Investment trends in Batam FTZ result that it always experiences an increase of IDR 22,822,278,334 in the first quarter of 2021, IDR 23,637,996,388 (up 3.53%) in the first quarter of 2022 and finally IDR 31,591,247,411 (up 2.68%) ) in the fourth quarter of 2031 (in Rupiah terms). The trend of manpower at Batam FTZ has also continued to increase, namely 388,620 people in the 1st quarter of 2021, 388,620 people (up 1.85%) in the 4th quarter of 2022 to the last 466,295 people (up 1.58%) in the last quarter 4 in 2031. Export Trends at Batam FTZ experienced a negative trend, namely a total of 6,216 Tons in the 1st Quarter of 2021, 4493.45 Tons in the 1st Quarter of 2022 until finally 4,122.73 Tons in the 4th Quarter of 2031 (in Tonnes). The Trend of Economic Growth at Batam FTZ is different from the independent variable, this dependent variable initially experienced a positive trend of 5.01% and 5.44 in the 1st and 2nd quarters of 2021, but has always decreased since the 3rd quarter of 2021, namely 3.51, to 0.26 % (down -3.1 %) in the 4th quarter of 2031.
