Model Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) pada Usaha Pengecoran Besi

Teknologi informasi yang berkembang dengan pesat mendorong perusahaan untuk dapat beradaptasi dengan sistem baru, pemanfaatkan teknologi informasi tersebut dapat meningkatkan daya saing dan juga efektivitas informasi, pemanfaatan tersebut dapat dilakukan dengan integrasi data antar departemen perusahaan untuk menjalankan proses bisnisnya yang dikenal dengan sistem Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP). Sistem ERP sendiri merupakan sistem yang dapat melakukan kegiatan integrasi aktivitas bisnis perusahaan yang berguna dalam menyajikan informasi secara akurat dan bermanfaat dalam memilih sebuah keputusan bisnis. Menurut data BPS tahun 2021, salah satu lini industri yang menyumbang PDB negara adalah sektor industri non migas salah satunya industri besi dasar. Industri tersebut bahkan memiliki tingkat produksi dan konsumsi yang terus meningkat hingga tahun 2021, dan dikuasai tidak hanya perusahaan multi nasional tetapi hingga ke lingkup UKM di Indonesia. Melalui data tingkat produksi dan konsumsi tersebut akan tercita peluang untuk industri UKM dapat bersaing dengan industri multi nasional lainnya. Peluang tersebut dapat dimanfaatkan melalui pengembangan sistem informasi yang terintegrasi guna meningkatkan kinerja perusahaan dalam hal pengelolaan sumber daya yang dimiliki. Namun saat ini masih banyak industri kecil menengah yang belum menggunakan sistem informasi tersebut karena terkendala dari perancangan model bisnis yang dapat dikembangkan dalam sistem tersebut. Perancangan model dilakukan untuk mengembangkan sistem ERP yang dapat diterapkan oleh industri kecil menengah khususnya pada bidang pengecoran besi di sentra pengecoran besi di daerah Ceper Klaten menggunakan analisis proses bisnis. Perancangan model tersebut akan digambarkan dalam bentuk Business Process Modeling and Notation (BPMN) serta pengambaran aliran data yang digambarkan dalam Data Flow Diagram (DFD). Dari kedua diagram tersebut akan didapatkan informasi mengenai alur proses bisnis perusahaan, alur informasi perusahaan yang kemudian akan didapatkan kebutuhan data yang akan dikembangkan ke dalam sistem ERP perusahaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa modul yang diperlukan untuk mengembangkan sistem ERP berdasarkan analisis BPMN antara lain modul sales, produksi, purchasing, warehouse, dan accounting. Melalui analisis proses bisnis dan juga observasi mengenai dokumen yang ada saat ini, maka dibangun sebuah sistem ERP Odoo dengan kostumisasi database sehingga sistem tersebut akan menyerupai keadaan perusahaan saat ini. Hasil dari sistem Odoo tersebut menghasilkan 13 dokumen yang dapat bermanfaat dalam aktivitas bisnis perusahaan. Pengujian kepada user juga dilakukan menggunakan metode User Acceptent Test (UAT) guna mengetahui tingkat kecakapan user dan keseuaian dengan proses bisnis yang dijalankan dengan hasil 80% sesuai.

Information technology that is growing rapidly encourages companies to be able to adapt to new systems, utilizing information technology can increase competitiveness and also the effectiveness of information, this utilization can be done by integrating data between company departments to carry out business processes known as the Enterprise Resource Planning system. ERP). The ERP system itself is a system that can integrate the company's business activities that are useful in presenting information accurately and usefully in choosing a business decision. According to BPS data for 2021, one of the industrial lines that utilize the country's GDP is the non-oil and gas industry sector, one of which is the basic steel industry. The industry even has production and consumption levels that continue to increase until 2021, and is controlled not by multi-national companies but to the scope of SMEs in Indonesia. Through the data on production and consumption levels, there will be opportunities for the SME industry to be able to compete with other multi-national industries. This opportunity can be exploited through the development of an integrated information system to improve the company's performance in managing its resources. However, currently there are still many small and medium industries that have not used this information system because they are constrained by the design of business models that can be developed in the system. The design model is carried out to develop an ERP system that is applied by small industries, especially in the field of steel processing which is sent to the Ceper Klaten area using a business analysis process. The design of the model will be described in the form of Business Process Modeling and Notation (BPMN) as well as the depiction of the data flow described in the Data Flow Diagram (DFD). From the two diagrams, information will be obtained regarding the flow of the company's business processes, the flow of company information which will then obtain data needs that will be developed into the company's ERP system. The results showed that the modules needed to develop an ERP system based on BPMN analysis included sales, production, purchasing, warehouse, and accounting modules. Through the business analysis process and also the observation of the current documents, an Odoo ERP system was built with a customized database so that the system will resemble the current state of the company. The results of the Odoo system produce 13 documents that can be useful in the company's business activities. Testing to users is also carried out using the User Acceptent Test (UAT) method to find out the user's business and compliance with the process being carried out with 80% appropriate results.
