STUDI POTENSI KAWASAN KONSERVASI UNTUK PARIWISATA ALAM DI TAMAN WISATA ALAM SANGEH KECAMATAN ABIANSEMAL KABUP ATEN BADUNG BALI

Penelitian berjudul Studi Potensi Kawasan Konservasi Untuk Pariwisata Alam di Taman Wisata Alam Sangeh Kecamatan Abiansemal Kabupaten Badung Bali bertujuan untuk mengetahui potensi alam berupa flora, fauna, lanskap, persepsi wisatawan, persepsi dan peranan masyarakat, serta mengetahui kesesuaian komponen produk wisata dalam menetapkan kawasan konservasi untuk pariwisata alam di taman wisata alam Sangeh Bali. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah survei dan wawancara dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan kualitatif, pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara pengamatan di lapangan, pengambilan sampel, wawancara dan pencatatan dengan responden serta dokumentasi secara langsung. Pengambilan data flora menggunakan sistem jalur dengan purposive line transect dan di analisis dengan curve spesies area, data fauna dikumpulkan dengan cara penjelajahan (renaissance survey), data potensi lanskap dengan cara pengharkatan (skor). Data persepsi masyarakat diperoleh secara purposive sampling sebesar 10% dan data wisatawan secara accidental sampling. Selanjutnya data yang diperoleh dianalisis secara deskriptif serta mengumpulkan dan menyususun data kedalam tabel sebagai arahan kawasan konservasi untuk pariwisata alam di taman wisata alam Sangeh Bali. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kawasan taman wisata alam Sangeh memiliki keunikan yaitu terdapat jenis flora yang mendominasi kawasan tersebut yaitu Dipterocarpus hasseltii B 1 dan 8 jenis spesies lain serta potensi jenis selain pohon yaitu paku-pakuan dan semak. Potensi fauna juga memiliki keunikan yaitu terdapatnya ratusan jenis kera ekor panjang, selain itu terdapat pula jenis-jenis satwa lain seperti burung dan kupu-kupu . Potensi lanskap termasuk dalam kelas B. Persepsi wisatawan yang menyatakan setuju untuk pengembangan fasilitas sebanyak 70% dan 100% masyarakat ikut menjaga kelestarian hutan kawasan Taman Wisata Alam Sangeh.

The title of this research is Study of Conservation Area Potential of the Nature Tourism in Taman Wisata Alam Sangeh, sub-district of Abiansemal, the district of Badung Bali. The purpose is to know the nature potential likes flora,fauna, lanscape, tourist perception, role of society and to know the appropriateness component of tourism product in the alm determining of tourism development in Taman Wisata Alam Sangeh, Bali. The method of research is survey and interview with quantitative and qualitative approaching, collecting data by observation in the object, taking sample, interview, collecting respondent, and direct documentation. Taking data of flora used system of stripe with purposive line transect and was analyzed by curve species area, data of fauna was collected by renaissance survey, and scoring collected data of potential scenery. Data of society perception was resulted by purposive sampling with the value 10% and data of tourist was resulted by accidental sampling. Then, those data were analyzed descriptively for the purpose of ecotourism developing in Taman Wisata Alam Sangeh. The result of the research showed that the area of Taman Wisata Alam Sangeh had uniqueness such as the type of the flora that dominant in that area. The types of those flora were Dipterocarpus hasseltii B 1 and 8 types of the other species and the other kind of the potential beside the threes such as angiospermae and underbrush. The potential of fauna had uniqueness too such as hundreds of the long tail monkey types, beside those, in that area there were the other types of faunas like birds and butterflies. The landscape potential belongs to B class. The tourist's perception that declares agree to facilities developing which 70 % and 100 % the people who live in the tourism area participate to keep the etemality of the forest area in Taman Wisata Alam Sangeh.
