PENENTUAN SEKTOR DAN SUBSEKTOR UNGGULAN PERTANIAN DI KABUPATEN TULUNGAGUNG

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mengidentifikasi perkembangan trend sektor dan subsektor pertanian, kehutanan, dan perikanan di Kabupaten Tulungagung. (2) peran sektor dan subsektor pertanian, kehutanan dan perikanan dalam perekonomian Kabupaten Tulungagung (3) pola dan struktur ekonomi sektor dan subsektor pertanian, kehutanan dan perikanan di Kabupaten Tulungagung. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kabupaten Tulungagung, Provinsi Jawa Timur. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif sebagai metode dasar. Penentuan daerah dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini dilakukan dengan dua pendekatan, yaitu literature research dan pencatatan data. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan metode analisis trend, analisis Location Quotient dan Dynamic Location Quotient, serta analisis Tipologi Klassen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) trend sektor dan subsektor pertanian cenderung mengalami peningkatan, (2) sektor pertanian, kehutanan dan perikanan; dan subsektor pertanian, peternakan, perburuan dan jasa pertanian berperan sebagai sektor basis potensial (3) sektor pertanian, kehutanan dan perikanan; dan subsektor pertanian, peternakan, perburuan dan jasa pertanian tergolong ke dalam sektor maju tapi tertekan.

This study aimed to (1) identify the development of trends in the agriculture, forestry and fisheries sectors and sub-sectors in Tulungagung Regency, (2) Identify the role of the agricultural, forestry and fishery sectors and sub-sectors in the economy of Tulungagung Regency, (3) Identify the pattern and economic structure of the agricultural, forestry, and fishery sectors and sub-sectors in Tulungagung Regency. This study was conducted in Tulungagung Regency, East Java Province using descriptive method as the basic method. The determination of the area in this study was carried out using purposive sampling method. Data collection in this study was carried out using two approaches, literature research and data collecting. The data was analyzed using trend analysis methods, Location Quotient analysis, and Dynamic Location Quotient, and typology klassen analysis. The results of this study showed that (1) the trend of the agricultural sector and sub-sector tended to increase, (2) the agricultural sector were the agriculture, forestry, and fisheries sector; and the agriculture, livestock, hunting and agricultural services sub-sectors are the leading sectors and sub-sectors (3) the agriculture sector, forestry and fisheries sectors as well as agriculture, livestock, hunting and agricultural services were developed but depressed sectors and sub-sectors.
