TINGKAT KEPUASAN PENGHUNI DAN REKOMENDASI PEMELIHARAAN PERUMAHAN PERUMNAS JERUKSAWIT KABUPATEN KARANGANYAR

2022 | Tugas Akhir | D4 TEKNIK PENGELOLAAN DAN PEMELIHARAAN INFRASTRUKTUR SIPILSetiap tahun kebutuhan perumahan setiap tahun terus meningkat dampak dari pertambahan penduduk, urbanisasi, serta kebutuhan hunian layak huni terbatas karena tingkat kelayakan prasarana, sarana dan utilitas masih minim. Maka tujuan penelitian untuk menganalisis, mengidentifikasi, serta membandingkan kualitas perumahan dalam kinerja dan harapan tingkat kepuasan penghuni terhadap prasarana,sarana dan utilitas di Perumahan Perumnas Jeruksawit Kabupaten Karanganyar. Metode kombinasi yang digunakan agar data kuisioner yang didapatkan lebih komperhensif, valid, reliabel serta objektif saat pengujian validitas, reabilitas dan dalam analisis deskriptif serta Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). Hasil dari penelitian tentang Tingkat Kepuasan Penghuni dan Rekomendasi Pemeliharaan Perumahan Perumnas Jeruksawit Kabupaten Karanganyar pada bagian pertama terhadap analisis deskriptif didapatkan nilai kuisioner 3,49/5 poin kondisinya baik yang terdiri atas 3 aspek dengan tertinggi merupakan nilai terhadap kondisi lingkungan dengan nilai 3,49/5 poin kondisinya baik, di kedua nilai terhadap prasarana, sarana, dan utilitas dengan nilai 3,42/5 poin kondisinya baik, dan diposisi terendah nilai faktor terhadap lokasi dengan nilai 3,41/5 poin kondisinya baik. Hasil analisis kedua yaitu Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) didapatkan dari nilai kuisioner menghasilkan 4 indikator yaitu pertama prioritas utama agar memperoleh penyediaan, pemeliharaan dan peningkatan dari aspek sarana ruang terbuka hijau, sarana olahraga dan pembersihan drainase kawasan perumahan. Kedua prioritas rendah yang perlu diperhatikan yaitu jarak perumahan ke tempat kerja dan dan jarak perumahan ke tempat pelayanan umum pemerintahan. Ketiga yang perlu dipertahankan yaitu penyediaan air bersih, lebar dan kondisi jalan, fasilitas perniagaan, pelayanan kebersihan dan persampahan, dan keamanan dalam kawasan perumahan. Keempat yang masuk berlebihan dalam perumahan yaitu tata letak lingkungan perumahan, jarak perumahan dengan tempat perbelanjaan, jarak perumahan ke tempat pelayanan kesehatan dan jarak perumahan ke tempat pendidikan formal. Faktor yang paling berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan yaitu ketersediaannya sarana terbuka hijau, sarana olahraga dan pembersihan sedimentasi. Mutu yang didapatkan masih belum memenuhi target yaitu 3,44/5 poin.
Every year the need for housing continues to increase every year due to population growth, urbanization, and the need for habitable housing is limited because the level of feasibility of infrastructure, facilities and utilities is still minimal. So the purpose of this research is to analyze, identify, and compare the quality of housing in terms of performance and expectations of the level of occupant satisfaction with infrastructure, facilities and utilities at Housing Housing Jeruksawit, Karanganyar Regency. The combination method is used so that the questionnaire data obtained is more comprehensive, valid, reliable and objective when testing validity, reliability and in descriptive analysis and Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). The results of research on the Level of Occupant Satisfaction and Recommendations for Housing Maintenance of Housing Housing Jeruksawit Karanganyar Regency in the first part of the descriptive analysis obtained a questionnaire value of 3.49/5 points with a fairly good condition consisting of 3 aspects with the highest being the value for environmental conditions with a value of 3, 49/5 points with fairly good conditions, in both scores for infrastructure, facilities and utilities with a value of 3.42/5 points with fairly good conditions, and in the lowest position the factor value for location with a value of 3.41/5 points with fair conditions good. The results of the second analysis, namely Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) obtained from the value of the questionnaire yielded 4 indicators, namely the first priority is to obtain the provision, maintenance and improvement of aspects of green open space facilities, sports facilities and drainage cleaning of residential areas. The two low priorities that need attention are the distance from housing to workplaces and the distance from housing to public government services. The three that need to be maintained are the provision of clean water, road width and condition, commercial facilities, cleaning and garbage services, and security in residential areas. The four that are excessive in housing are the layout of the housing environment, the distance between housing and shopping areas, the distance between housing and health services and the distance between housing and formal education. The factors that have the most influence on satisfaction are the availability of open green facilities, sports facilities and cleaning of sedimentation. The quality obtained still does not meet the target of 3.44/5 points.
