PT. Putra Rimba Nusantara merupakan salah satu perusahaan Sub Kontraktor PT. Fajar Surya Swadaya, perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang penanaman hutan, produksi kayu dan penamanaman tebu. dimana PT. Putra Rimba Nusantara ini memiliki beberapa alat yang digunakan dalam perkebunan tebu salah satunya adalah alat berat bulldozer. Dalam proyek pengerjaan lahan gambut ini bulldozer sangat sering dioperasikan dengan jangka waktu yang cukup lama. Dalam pekerjaan ini kinerja dari hydraulic pump sangat berpengaruh terhadap efektivitas kinerja bulldozer dimana lifetime dari hydraulic pump perlu diupayakan demi menjaga performa dari bulldozer untuk tetap optimal dan dapat bekerja dengan baik. Dalam penelitian ini dilakukan usaha untuk memperpanjang lifetime dari bulldozer dengan menginovasi seal cylinder. Penelitian ini dilakukan yaitu dengan mengumpulkan data waktu dari kerusakan komponen hydraulic pump yang terjadi pada alat berat bulldozer. Unit alat berat yang akan diteliti adalah Komatsu D65P-12 dengan kode perusahaan DZP26. Berdasarkan data kerusakan yang terjadi pada unit bulldozer Komatsu D65P-12(DZP26), komponen yang akan diteliti yaitu seal cylinder karena ditemukan kerusakan yang sering terjadi. Lift silinder merupakan komponen utama yang digerakkan oleh sistem hidrolik pada bulldozer. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode Historis dan Deskriptif dengan langkah penelitian yaitu studi lapangan, identifikasi masalah, studi literatur, pengumpulan data, eksplorasi ide, analisis data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Data yang digunakan yaitu data historis Lifetime Hydraulic Pump unit Dozer D65P-12 serta data kelengkapan sebagai dokumen pendukung dari perusahaan untuk membandingkan Data Lifetime Hydraulic Pump sebelum dan setelah dilakukan inovasi. Hasil analisis penelitian menunjukkan terdapat peningkatan Lifetime Hydraulic Pump Dozer D65P-12 yang mengalami menurunan lifetime sebelum dilakukan inovasi.

PT. Putra Rimba Nusantara is one of the Sub Contractor companies of PT. Fajar Surya Swadaya, a company engaged in forest planting, timber production and sugarcane planting. where PT. Putra Rimba Nusantara has several tools used in sugarcane plantations, one of which is a bulldozer. In this peatland development project, bulldozers are often operated for quite a long time. In this work the performance of the hydraulic pump greatly influences the effectiveness of the bulldozer's performance where the lifetime of the hydraulic pump needs to be pursued in order to maintain the performance of the bulldozer to remain optimal and work properly. In this research, an attempt was made to extend the lifetime of the bulldozer by innovating the cylinder seal. This research was conducted by collecting time data from damage to hydraulic pump components that occur on bulldozer heavy equipment. The heavy equipment unit to be examined is Komatsu D65P-12 with company code DZP26. Based on the damage data that occurred on the Komatsu D65P-12(DZP26) bulldozer unit, the component to be investigated was the seal cylinder because it was found that damage often occurred. The cylinder lift is the main component driven by the hydraulic system on the bulldozer. The research method uses Historical and Descriptive methods with research steps namely field studies, problem identification, literature studies, data collection, idea exploration, data analysis and drawing conclusions. The data used is historical data of the Dozer D65P-12 Lifetime Hydraulic Pump unit as well as completeness data as supporting documents from the company to compare Lifetime Hydraulic Pump data before and after innovation is carried out. The results of the research analysis showed that there was an increase in the Lifetime of the Hydraulic Pump Dozer D65P-12 which experienced a decrease in Lifetime before innovation was carried out.
