ANALISIS PENERAPAN SISTEM INFORMASI MANAJEMEN KLINIK (SIMKLINIK) YANG TERINTEGRASI DENGAN ICPC DI KLINIK DOKTER KELUARGA KORPAGAMA UGM

Latar Belakang : Semakin berkembangkan teknologi maka perlu adanya sistem informasi manajemen untuk meningkatkan pelayanan pasien. Saat ini Klinik Dokter Keluarga Korpagama UGM telah melakukan perancangan sistem informasi manajaman yang dibuat oleh Tim DSSDI (Direktorat Sistem dan Sumber Daya Informasi), perancangan tersebut telah di uji coba tetapi masih ada beberapa perbaikan untuk mengoptimalkan sistem. Sebelum diterapkan perlu adanya evaluasi kesiapan dalam penerapan SIMKLINIK tersebut. Tujuan : Untuk Menganalisis Penerapan Sistem Informasi Manajemen Klinik (SIMKLINIK) Yang Terintegrasi Dengan ICPC Di Klinik Dokter Keluarga Korpagama UGM. Metode: Penelitian Deskriptif Kualitatif dengan Rancangan Studi Kasus menggunakan metode DOQ-IT. Hasil : Kesiapan komponen berdasarkan SDM memiliki skor 10 pada range II mengindikasikan bahwa petugas belum mendapatkan pelatihan, Kesiapan komponen berdasarkan budaya kerja organisasi memiliki skor berada pada range II mengindikasikan bahwa sudah memahami tentang perubahan budaya kerja organisasi bila sistem informasi manajeman ini diterapkan, Kesiapan Komponen berdasarkan tata Kelola kepemimpinan memiliki skor 20 berada pada range II mengindikasikan bahwa sudah memahami nilai sistem informasi manajemen terkait strategi dan dukungan manajemen TI, Kesiapan berdasarkan Infrastruktur mimiliki skor 6 berada pada range II mengindikasikan bahwa infrastruktur teknologi informasi maupun anggaran belum dijelaskan. Kesimpulan : Secara keseluruhan, kesiapan di Klinik Dokter Keluarga Korpagama UGM dalam penerapan sistem informasi manajemen klinik (SIMKLINIK) berada pada range II dengan Skor 58 yaitu menunjukkan bahwa sudah cukup siap untuk menerapkan SIMKLINIK tersebut. Background: The more technology develops, the need for a management information system to improve patient care. Currently the Korpagama UGM Family Doctor Clinic has designed a management information system made by the DSSDI Team (Directorate of Information Systems and Resources), the design has been tested but there are still some improvements to optimize the system. Before being implemented, it is necessary to evaluate the readiness in implementing the SIMCLINIK. Objective : To analyze the implementation of the Integrated Clinical Management Information System (SIMKLINIK) with ICPC at the Korpagama Ugm Family Doctor Clinic. Method: Qualitative Descriptive Research with Case Study Design using DOQ-IT method. Results: The readiness of components based on HR has a score of 10 in range II indicating that officers have not received training, Readiness components based on organizational work culture have scores in range II indicating that they understand about changes in organizational work culture when this management information system is implemented, Component Readiness is based on Leadership governance has a score of 20 which is in range II indicating that it understands the value of management information systems related to IT management strategy and support. Readiness based on Infrastructure has a score of 6 which is in range II, indicating that information technology infrastructure and budget have not been explained. Conclusion: Overall, the readiness at the Korpagama Ugm Family Doctor Clinic in the application of the clinical management information system (SIMKLINIK) is in range II with a score of 58 which indicates that it is quite ready to implement the SIMKLINIK.
