ANALISIS SUPPLY CHAIN DENGAN METODE SOCIAL NETWORK ANALYSIS PADA DOMBA POTONG DI PROVINSI DAERAH ISTIMEWA YOGYAKARTA

Supply chain (rantai pasok) merupakan hubungan jaringan antara perusahaan yang memproduksi dan bekerja untuk mendistribusikan produk tertentu kepada konsumen akhir. Supply chain sangat penting untuk memperlancar proses produksi dan pemasaran guna memenuhi kebutuhan konsumen. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah (1) mengidentifikasi aktor pelaku supply chain komoditas domba potong, (2) mengidentifikasi supply chain domba potong, (3) analisis dan pemetaan aktor berdasar nilai sentralitas pada rantai pasok domba potong. Lokasi penelitian berada di Provinsi Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Penelitian dilakukan pada bulan Januari hingga bulan April tahun 2022. Penentuan responden menggunakan non probability sampling dengan metode snowball sampling. Sampel yang diambil sebanyak 76 responden terdiri dari 13 orang pengepul, 3 orang suplier penggemukan, 28 peternak penggemukan, 11 jagal, dan 21 pelaku usaha kuliner. Pengambilan data primer melalui wawancara langsung menggunakan kuisioner. Analisis untuk mengidentifikasi macam, aktivitas, hubungan komunikasi antar aktor secara deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil analisis dalam bentuk tabel. Analisis supply chain berupa alur pemasaran untuk penjualan domba hidup maupun daging. Analisis pemetaan aktor untuk memperoleh informasi tentang aktor dengan nilai centralitas tertinggi. digunakan metode SNA (Social Network Analysis) dengan software aplikasi UCINET . Hasil penelitian menunjukan ada 5 aktor yang terlibat dalam supply chain yaitu pengepul, supplier penggemukan, peternak penggemukan, jagal, dan pengusaha . Alur supply chain domba potong dibagi menjadi 2 bagian. Bagian pertama adalah rantai pasok domba hidup dan yang kedua adalah rantai pasok daging domba. Setiap bagian memilik 2 alur yang berbeda. Hasil analisis SNA menunjukan bahwa aktor suplier penggemukan memiliki nilai sentralitas tertinggi dalam penyebaran informasi. Secara keseluruhan untuk menjaga keberlanjutan dan kelancaran rantai pasok maka peternak harus banyak mencari informasi serta meningkatkan persediaan pasokan dari pengepul dan supplier penggemukan sehingga dapat memenuhi permintaan konsumen. Supply chain is a network relations of production companies to distribute certain products to end consumers. Supply chain is very important to streamline production and marketing to meet consumer needs. The aims of this study were (1) to identify supply chain actors for beef lamb commodities, (2) identify the lamb supply chain, (3) actor analysis and mapping based on value centrality in the beef lamb supply chain. The research location is in the Province of the Special Region of Yogyakarta. The research starts from January to April 2022. Determination of respondents using non-probability sampling with snowball sampling method. The samples taken were 76 respondents consisting of 13 collectors, 3 fattening suppliers, 28 fattening breeders, 11 butchers, and 21 culinary entrepreneurs. Primary data obtained through direct interviews using questionnaires. Analysis to identify types, activities, and communication relationships between actors is carried out using a descriptive quantitative method. The results of the analysis in tabular form. Supply chain analysis in the form of marketing channels for the sale of live lamb and meat. Actor mapping analysis to obtain information about the actor with the highest centrality value. Social Network Analysis method was used with the UCINET application software. The results showed that there were 5 actors involved in the supply chain is collectors, fattening suppliers, fattening breeders, butchers, and entrepreneurs. The flow of beef lamb supply chain is divided into 2 parts. The first part is the live lamb supply chain and the second is the lamb meat supply chain. Each part has 2 different grooves. The results of the SNA analysis show that the fattening supplier actor has the highest centrality value in the dissemination of information. Overall, to maintain the continuity and smoothness of the supply chain, breeders must seek a lot of information and increase supplies from collectors and fattening suppliers so that they can meet consumer demand.
