Perkembangan teknologi digital yang sangat pesat membuat museum turut berinovasi dengan menciptakan museum virtual. Di Indonesia sudah terdapat beberapa museum yang memberikan fasilitas ini, salah satunya adalah tur virtual yang dimiliki oleh Museum Nasional, dengan akses pada informasi koleksi yang dibuat menggunakan model 3D. Penelitian ini akan berfokus pada evaluasi program tur virtual Museum Nasional untuk mengetahui kesesuaian program ini dengan standar museum virtual yang ideal. Penilaian akan dilakukan dengan menggunakan kriteria standar museum virtual menurut Ivarsson yang menitikberatkan pada tiga poin yaitu museum virtual sebagai tempat pertemuan, museum virtual sebagai tempat edukasi, serta personalisasi museum virtual. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program tur virtual Museum Nasional ini telah dijalankan dengan cukup baik, terlihat dari konten informasi yang disajikan. Namun, apabila mengacu pada kriteria museum virtual yang ideal menurut Ivarsson, masih terdapat beberapa aspek yang berlum terpenuhi. Sejumlah rekomendasi akan diberikan untuk menjadi acuan bagi pengembangan program tur virtual Museum Nasional ke depannya.

The rapid development of digital technology has made museums innovatively create virtual museums. In Indonesia, there are already several museums that provide such a facility, one of which is a virtual tour created by the Musuem Nasional's architectural space, with access to collection information created using 3D models. In this research, an evaluation of the Museum Nasional's virtual tour program will be conducted to assess the program's suitability to virtual museum standards. The assessment will be carried out using the standard criteria of virtual museum according to Ivarsson which focuses on three points, namely virtual museums as meeting places, virtual museums as educational places, and virtual museum personalization. The results showed that in general the Museum Nasional's virtual tour program has been designed quite well, as can be seen from the information content presented. However, when assessed using the criteria for an ideal virtual museum according to Ivarsson, there are still some aspects that need to be improved. Due to the condition, recommendations will be offered for improvement of the Museum Nasional's virtual tour program.
