ANALISIS KESIAPAN FASILITAS APOTEK DALAM MENDUKUNG PELAKSANAAN IMUNISASI DI KOTA MAGELANG

Imunisasi merupakan usaha untuk meningkatkan kekebalan tubuh seseorang dari suatu penyakit. Salah satu faktor pendukung kesuksesan imunisasi adalah kesiapan fasilitas apotek. Cakupan imunisasi perlu dilihat agar mengetahui apakah daerah tersebut sudah sukses menjalankan imunisasi atau belum. Cakupan imunisasi dasar lengkap bayi di Jawa Tengah tahun 2019 sudah menunjukkan angka sesuai target yaitu sebesar 98,5%. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kesiapan fasilitas apotek di Kota Magelang dalam mendukung pelaksanaan imunisasi. Kesiapan apotek meliputi kesiapan standar prosedur, kesiapan sarana dan prasarana, kesiapan sumber daya manusia, kesiapan rekam jejak handling cold chain, dan rekam jejak pemantauan suhu. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian non-experimental dengan rancangan penelitian deskriptif (penelitian survei). Instrumen penelitian adalah kuesioner yang disebarkan di apotek Kota Magelang pada bulan November 2022 dengan mendatangi apotek dan meminta kontak whatsapp yang bisa dihubungi untuk mengirimkan link survei. Teknik pengambilan sampel dari penelitian ini menggunakan nonprobability sampling yaitu convenience sampling/accidental sampling. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif yang bertujuan untuk menggambarkan kesiapan apotek di Kota Magelang dalam mendukung imunisasi. Sampel pada penelitian ini merupakan semua apotek yang terdaftar di Dinas Kesehatan Kota Magelang. Sampel pada penelitian ini berjumlah 26 apotek. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan untuk hasil kategori karakteristik apotek sebanyak 13,18% yang telah memenuhi standar, untuk kategori pengelolaan obat suhu dingin sebanyak 21,9% memenuhi standar, kategori prosedur pengelolaan obat suhu dingin dan vaksin sebanyak 21,0% yang memenuhi standar, untuk kategori sarana dan prasarana apotek sebanyak 25,4% yang telah memenuhi standar, dan untuk kategori kesiapan serta persetujuan dari apotek untuk melaksanakan imunisasi sebanyak 21,9% setuju dan 6,2% sangat setuju. Berdasarkan hasil ini, apotek di Kota Magelang belum siap untuk mengadakan imunisasi di apotek karena fasilitas apotek di Kota Magelang belum sesuai dengan Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan Nomor 12 Tahun 2017 tentang Penyelenggaraan imunisasi yaitu masih di bawah standar 75%.

Immunization is an attempt to increase a person's immunity from a disease. One of the factors supporting the success of immunization is the readiness of pharmacy facilities. Immunization coverage needs to be seen in order to find out whether the area has successfully carried out immunization or not. Complete basic immunization coverage for infants in Central Java in 2019 has shown the target rate of 98.5%. This study aims to determine the readiness of pharmacy facilities in Magelang City to support the implementation of immunization. Pharmacy readiness includes standard procedure readiness, facility and infrastructure readiness, human resource readiness, cold chain handling track record readiness, and temperature monitoring track record. This study used a non-experimental research design with a descriptive research design (survey research). The research instrument was a questionnaire that was distributed at pharmacies in Magelang City in November 2022 by visiting the pharmacy and asking for a whatsapp contact who could be contacted to send a survey link. The sampling technique for this study used non-probability sampling, namely convenience sampling/accidental sampling. Data analysis in this study used a descriptive method which aims to describe the readiness of pharmacies in Magelang City to support immunization. The sample in this study were all pharmacies registered at the Magelang City Health Office. The sample in this study amounted to 26 pharmacies. The results showed that for the results of the pharmacy characteristics category, 13.18% met the standard, for the category of cold medicine management, 21.9% met the standard, for the procedure category for cold medicine and vaccines, 21.0% met the standard. For the category of pharmacy facilities and infrastructure, 25.4% met the standards, and for the category of readiness and approval from pharmacies to carry out immunization, 21.9% agreed and 6.2% strongly agreed. Based on these results, pharmacies in Magelang City are not ready to carry out immunizations at pharmacies because pharmacy facilities in Magelang City are not in accordance with Minister of Health Regulation Number 12 of 2017 concerning Immunization, which is still below the 75% standard.
