FACTORS INFLUENCING GREEN PURCHASE INTENTION IN INDONESIA

Berbagai upaya telah dilakukan oleh berbagai organisasi internasional untuk memerangi isu-isu lingkungan seperti kenaikan suhu bumi, polusi udara, dan emisi gas rumah kaca Peningkatan kepemilikan mobil telah menjadi salah satu penyumbang polusi udara dan konsumsi energi terbesar. Saat ini, kendaraan listrik diperkenalkan ke pasar sebagai salah satu solusi untuk polusi udara dan pengurangan/emisi gas rumah kaca. Oleh karena itu, penting untuk memahami faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi niat beli kendaraan listrik. Studi ini dilakukan di Indonesia, dimana kendaraan listrik dianggap sebagai hal yang baru dan jarang digunakan. Berdasarkan Theory of Planned Behavior, penelitian ini menginvestigasi hubungan manfaat yang dirasakan, kemudahan penggunaan yang dirasakan dengan sikap terhadap penggunaan, sikap terhadap insentif pemerintah, kontrol perilaku yang dirasakan, norma subyektif, pengetahuan lingkungan, lingkungan, kepedulian, kondisi fasilitasi, nilai harga, dan niat beli hijau.

Efforts has been made by numerous international organizations to fight environmental issues such as rising earth’s temperature, air pollution, and greenhouse gas emissions The increase of car ownership has become one of the biggest contributors of air pollution and energy consumption. At the present time, electric vehicles are introduced to the market as one of the solutions for air pollution and reducing/greenhouse gas emissions. Therefore, it is important to understand factors that influencing electric vehicle purchase intention. This study conducted in Indonesia, where the electric vehicles are considered a new thing and rarely used. Based on Theory of Planned Behavior, this paper investigate the connection of perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use to attitude toward use, attitude toward government incentives, perceived behavioral control, subjective norms, environmental knowledge, environmental, concern, facilitating condition, price value, and green purchase intention.
