Night Owl Services Robot adalah robot penerima tamu yang digunakan untuk memandu dan mengantarkan tamu pada gedung Departemen Teknik Elektro dan Teknologi Informasi (DTETI) Universitas Gadjah Mada. Robot ini memiliki fitur utama dan fitur pendamping, adapun fitur utama pada robot ini adalah fitur Guide Services yang berguna untuk memandu dan mengantar tamu pada gedung DTETI Universitas Gadjah Mada. Selain itu fitur pendamping pada robot ini adalah fitur Frequently Asked Question (FAQ) yang berguna untuk menjabarkan mengenai informasi umum seputar DTETI dan jawaban dari pertanyaan umum yang sering ditanyakan oleh pengunjung. Aspek robot yang dibahas pada dokumen ini adalah pengembangan sisi Human Robot Interaction pada Service Robot Night Owl yang menggunakan sistem operasi Android.

Night Owl Services Robot is a guest robot that is used to guide and escort guests to the building of the Department of Electrical Engineering and Information Technology (DTETI) at Universitas Gadjah Mada. This robot has main features and accompanying features, while the main feature of this robot is the Guide Services feature which is useful for guiding and escorting guests to the Gadjah Mada University DTETI building. Apart from that, the companion feature of this robot is the Frequently Asked Question (FAQ) feature which is useful for explaining general information about DTETI and answers to common questions that are often asked by visitors. The robot aspect discussed in this document is the development of the Human Robot Interaction side of the Service Robot Night Owl which uses the Android operating system.
