Nilai Neutrophil to Lymphocyte Ratio, Monocyte to Eosinophil Ratio, Platelet to Lymphocyte Ratio, dan Mean Platelet Volume sebagai Prediktor Tindakan Orkidektomi pada Pasien dengan Torsio Testis

Latar belakang: Torsio testis adalah keadaan darurat dalam urogenital pediatrik yang membutuhkan diagnosis akurat dan cepat untuk menghindari hilangnya testis. Patofisiologi utama dari torsio testis sendiri adalah iskemia akibat adanya puntiran korda spermatika. Metode: Rancangan penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan penelitian studi retrospektif. Penelitian dilakukan di instalasi catatat medis RSUP Dr. Sardjito dari bulan Juli 2022 sampai dengan Agustus 2022. Populasi target pada penelitian ini adalah pasien anak (usia <18 tahun) dengan torsio testis yang datang ke Instalasi Gawat Darurat RSUP Dr. Sardjito Yogyakarta dari tahun 2016-2022. Hasil: Dari tahun 2016 sampai dengan tahun 2022, didapatkan 42 rekam medis pasien torsio testis anak di RSUP dr. Sardjito yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi. Rerata usia subjek penelitian adalah 10,833 tahun (rentang 0-18 tahun). Didapatkan cut-off 3.098, 6.937, 14.757 dan 9.55 dan untuk NLR, MER, PLR dan MPV. Regresi logistik menunjukkan NLR, MER dan PLR signifikan pada analisis univariat sedangkan hanya MER yang signifikan pada analisis multivariat. Kesimpulan: Peningkatan NLR, MER dan PLE berhubungan dengan tindakan orkidektomi pada pasien torsio testis

Background: Testicular torsion is a pediatric urogenital emergency that requires accurate and prompt diagnosis to avoid loss of the testis. The main pathophysiology of testicular torsion itself is ischemia due to twisting of the spermatic cord. The research design used a retrospective study design. Methods: The research was conducted at the medical record installation of RSUP Dr. Sardjito from July 2022 to August 2022. The target population in this study were pediatric patients (age <18 years) with testicular torsion who came to the Emergency Room of RSUP Dr. Sardjito Yogyakarta from 2016-2022. Results: From 2016 to 2022, there were 42 medical records of pediatric testicular torsion patients at dr. Sardjito who met the inclusion criteria. The mean age of the research subjects was 10.833 years (range 0-18 years). Obtained cut-off 3.098, 6.937, 14.757 and 9.55 and for NLR, MER, PLR and MPV. Logistic regression using cut-off values revealed that NLR, MER and PLR were significant in univariate analysis while only MER were significant in multivariate analysis. Conclusion: Increased NLR, MER, and PLR were associated with orchidectomy in patients with testicular torsion
