Penelitian ini menguji pengaruh pembiayaan bagi hasil terhadap profitabilitas BPRS di Indonesia. Sampel penelitian ini adalah seluruh BPRS yang ada dengan periode amatan dari tahun 2010-2019. Hasil penelitian ini memberikan bukti empiris bahwa pembiayaan bagi hasil tidak berpengaruh terhadap profitabilitas BPRS di indonesia. Temuan lain dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa profitabilitas BPRS di Indonesia dibentuk oleh faktor-faktor spesifik bank namun, variabel makro ekonomi tampaknya tidak mempengaruhi profitabilitas BPRS.

This study examines the effect of profit sharing financing on the profitability of BPRS in Indonesia. The sample for this research is all existing BPRS with the observation period from 2010-2019. The results of this study provide empirical evidence that profit sharing financing has no effect on the profitability of BPRS in Indonesia. Another finding from this study indicates that the profitability of BPRS in Indonesia is shaped by bank-specific factors however, macroeconomic variables do not seem to affect the profitability of BPRS.
