Implementasi Layanan Kesehatan Mental Berorientasi Recovery Berbasis Komunitas: Sebuah Sintesis Kualitatif

Layanan kesehatan mental berorientasi pemulihan (recovery) dengan basis komunitas saat ini semakin berkembang menggantikan paradigma berorientasi penyembuhan (curing). Meskipun demikian, belum ada model yang menggambarkan bagaimana implementasi layanan berorientasi recovery di berbagai negara mengingat pelaksanaan layanan yang sangat bergantung pada konteks setempat. Studi ini bertujuan untuk menyusun kerangka kerja dan mengeksplorasi literatur yang memiliki data paling relevan dengan sintesis kualitatif menggunakan metode rapid best-fit. Eksplorasi literatur dilakukan pada; (1) beberapa katalog akses publik daring (OPAcs) - Cochrane Library, Scopus, PubMed, dan ScienceDirect-, dan (2) melalui handsearching. Proses eksplorasi menghasilkan 2096 artikel terjaring yang kemudian diseleksi hingga didapatkan 16 artikel untuk dianalisis. Hasil temuan di literatur menunjukkan bahwa implementasi layanan berorientasi recovery berbasis komunitas selain perlu memperhatikan isu-isu kesehatan di komunitas, juga memerlukan penguatan manajemen layanan internal yang mendukung proses recovery secara individual. Tidak kalah pentingnya adalah mempertimbangkan keberlangsungan layanan ini di masyarakat.

Abstract. Recovery-oriented mental health services on a community basis are currently growing to replace the curing-oriented paradigm. Despite there is no model that describes how to implement such a service throughout the world, considering the service delivery is highly depend on the local context, this study aims to develop a framework and explore the most relevant data from the literature with qualitative synthesis using rapid best-fit method. Literature exploration was searched on; (1) Online Public Access Catalogue (OPACs) Cochrane Library, Scopus, PubMed, and ScienceDirect, and (2) by handsearching. The exploration process produced 2096 articles, leaving 16 articles for analysis. The finding from suggests that the implementation of community-based recovery oriented mental health service does not only stand to strengthen service management, but also must be supplemented by attention to health issues, and strategies to support service sustainability in the community.
