Tidak Hanya Hiburan? Analisis Video Edukasi Stunting dalam TikTok

Edukasi kesehatan menjadi strategi yang diandalkan saat ini. Media sosial TikTok memiliki potensi untuk menjadi media penyampaian edukasi terkait stunting. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis karakteristik video edukasi stunting dalam TikTok dan memberikan rekomendasi karakteristik video edukasi stunting Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan analisis konten pada video TikTok dengan hashtag #cegahstunting pada 6 bulan terakhir yang diurutkan dengan 50 video tertinggi (final data set) serta populer top 10. Analisis dilakukan dengan koding: atribut video; respon video; sasaran video; latar belakang kreator; dan isi video. Hasil: Karakteristik Final data set memiliki atribut video: durasi 16 – 60 detik; menggunakan musik TikTok; menampilkan teks penjelasan; dan telah dipublikasikan 31 - 90 hari, menyasar umum dan kreator berasal dari masyarakat umum pula, serta isi video: jenis pesan pencegahan; kuantitas pesan 1; dan sentimen humor. Karakteristik populer top 10 adalah atribut video: durasi 16 – 60 detik; menggunakan musik TikTok; menampilkan teks penjelasan; dan telah dipublikasikan 90 – 180 hari, menyasar umum dan kreator berasal dari masyarakat umum serta tenaga kesehatan, serta isi video: jenis pesan pencegahan; kuantitas pesan 1-2; dan sentimen empati, humor, dan takut. Rekomendasi video edukasi stunting adalah dengan atribut video: durasi ≤ 60 detik; menggunakan musik TikTok; menampilkan teks penjelasan serta subtitle; dan memantau serta aktif menanggapi video untuk meningkatkan respon, menyasar masyarakat umum dan kreator berasal dari masyarakat umum serta tenaga kesehatan, serta isi video: jenis pesan pencegahan; kuantitas pesan 1-2; dan sentimen empati, humor, dan takut. Kreatifitas, kualitas dan kesederhanaan menjadi menarik dalam video. Kesimpulan: TikTok bukan hanya hiburan, karakteristik video edukasi stunting berdampak pada respon yang diberikan penonton. Video dengan karaktersitik sederhana, menarik, dan informatif memiliki respon paling baik.
Background: Stunting has a broad impact so it needs a strategy in prevention. Health education has become a reliable strategy today. TikTok social media has the potential to be a medium for delivering education related to stunting. This study aims to analyze stunting education videos on TikTok and provide recommendations for stunting education videos Methods: This study uses a content analysis design on TikTok videos with the hashtag #prevent stunting in the last 6 months sorted by the 50 highest videos (final data set) and the top 10 popular. The analysis was carried out by coding: video attributes; response videos; target videos; creator background; and video content. Results: The final characteristics of the data set have video attributes: duration 16 – 60 seconds; using TikTok music; display explanatory text; and has been obtained for 31 - 90 days, targeting the general public and creators from the general public as well, as well as video content: types of prevention messages; order quantity 1; and sentimental humor. The top 10 popular characteristics are video attributes: 16 – 60 seconds long; using TikTok music; display explanatory text; and has been found for 90 – 180 days, targeting the general public and creators from the general public and health workers, as well as video content: types of prevention messages; order quantity 1-2; and sentiments of empathy, humor, and fear. The recommendation for stunting education videos is with video attributes: 60 seconds duration; using TikTok music; display explanatory text and subtitles; and integrate and actively respond to videos to increase response, targeting the general public and creators from the general public and health professionals, as well as video content: types of prevention messages; order quantity 1-2; and sentiments of empathy, humor, and fear. Creativity, quality and simplicity are attractive in videos. Conclusion: TikTok is not just entertainment, the characteristics of stunting educational videos have an impact on the response given by the audience. Videos with simple, interesting and informative characteristics have the best response.
