Pengaruh Program Kredit Usaha Rakyat (KUR) Terhadap Pemberdayaan Perempuan di Indonesia

Pemberdayaan sebagai salah satu elemen utama pengentasan kemiskinan. Kredit mikro sering dianggap sebagai instrumen yang mempromosikan pemberdayaan. Salah satu program pemerintah Indonesia dalam upaya meningkatkan pemberdayaan perempuan melalui akses pembiayaan kredit mikro adalah Kredit Usaha Rakyat (KUR). Program KUR memiliki kinerja baik melalui komitmen pemerintah Indonesia dengan meningkatkan alokasi sumber daya dan perbaikan kebijakan KUR. Penelitian mengenai KUR telah banyak dilakukan, namun penelitian yang membahas pengaruh program KUR terhadap pemberdayaan perempuan di Indonesia masih belum banyak dilakukan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh program KUR terhadap pemberdayaan di Indonesia menggunakan data Survei Sosial Ekonomi Nasional (SUSENAS) tahun 2016-2018. Estimasi dilakukan menggunakan metode regresi logistik biner. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa keikutsertaan perempuan dalam program KUR memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pemberdayaan perempuan di Indonesia.

Empowerment is one of the main elements of poverty alleviation and is a driver of economic development. Microcredit is an effective tool that promotes empowerment. One of the Indonesian government programs to increase women's empowerment through access to microcredit financing is the People's Business Credit (KUR). Microcredit through KUR continues to be strengthened, among others, and the Indonesian government continues to improve the policy of KUR. However, the revised KUR policy has yet to be regulated and stated firmly that the policy of KUR provides access for women. Research on the KUR program has been conducted, but it is still necessary to conduct research that discusses the effect of KUR on women's empowerment in Indonesia. This study's purpose is to determine the effect of KUR on women's empowerment in Indonesia using the National Socioeconomic Survey (SUSENAS) 2016-2018. This study uses a quantitative analysis method with a binary logistic regression method. The results showed that the participation of married women in KUR positively and significantly correlated with women's empowerment in Indonesia.
