Evaluasi Implementasi Pembelajaran Tatap Muka (PTM) Di Sekolah Menengah Atas Negeri 4 Palangka Raya Pada Masa Pandemi Covid-19

Latar Belakang : Pandemi Covid-19 di Indonesia telah mempengaruhi kehidupan manusia, salah satunya pada bidang pendidikan. Dalam upaya pencegahan penyebaran virus Covid-19, proses ajar mengajar di lakukan di rumah (PJJ). Kurang lebih 1 tahun melakukan PJJ, berdasarkan intruksi presiden dan telah di tetapkan dalam SKB 4 Menteri, sekolah di Indonesia dapat melakukan pembelajaran tatap muka (PTM) dengan protokol kesehatan ketat. Tujuan : Mengevaluasi implementasi pembelajaran tatap muka (PTM) di sekolah menengah atas negeri 4 Palangka Raya pada masa pandemi Covid-19. Metode : Jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Populasi penelitian adalah guru, staff, dan siswa di sekolah menengah atas negeri 4 Palangka Raya. Jumlah informan sebanyak 10 informan. Teknik sampling menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan menentukan informan berdasarkan kriteria � kriteria yang diperlukan. Penelitian dilakukan dengan teknik triangulasi (wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi). Hasil : Sekolah menengah atas negeri 4 Palangka Raya mempersiapkan pembelajaran tatap muka (PTM) mengikuti anjuran pemerintah dimana pada sarana sanitasi dan kebersihan telah disiapkan dengan baik, sekolah juga bekoordinasi dengan pihak-pihak terkait, protokol kesehatan telah dilaksanakan dengan ketat, serta sekolah telah melakukan screening, pemantauan berkala, dan mempersiapkan alur pelaporan apabila terjadi konfirmasi covid-19. Kesimpulan : Sekolah menengah negeri 4 Palangka Raya telah mempersiapkan atau melakukan pencegahan sebelum melaksanakan program pembelajaran tatap muka (PTM) dengan baik dan ketat. Akan tetapi saat angka covid-19 di Indonesia mengalami penurunan, program pembelajaran tatap muka kini tidak terlalu diperhatikan dan diberikan kelonggaran.

BACKGROUND : The Covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia has affected human life, one of which is in the education sector. In an effort to prevent the spread of the Covid-19 virus, the teaching process is carried out at home (PJJ). Approximately 1 year of conducting PJJ, based on the president�s instructions and stipulated in the 4 ministerial decree, schools in Indonesia can conduct face-to-face learning (PTM) with strict health protocols. OBJECTIVE: Evaluating the implementation of face-to-face learning (PTM) in state high school 4 Palangka Raya during the Covid-19 pandemic. METHOD: Types of qualitative research with a descriptive approach. The study population was teachers, staff and students at the state high school 4 Palangka Raya. The Number of informants is 10 informants. The sampling technique used purposive sampling technique by determining informants based on the required criteria. The study was conducted using triangulation techniques (interviews, observations, and documentation). RESULT : State high school 4 Palangka Raya prepares face-to-face learning (PTM) following the government�s recommendation where sanitation and hygiene facilities have been well prepared, schools are also coordinating with related parties, health protocols have been strictly implemented, and schools have carried out screening, periodic monitoring, and prepare the reporting flow in case of confirmation of covid-19. CONCLUSION: Public high school 4 Palangka Raya has prepared or carried out prevention before implementing the face-to-face learning program (PTM) properly and strictly. However, when the number of covid-19 in Indonesia has decreased, face-to-face learning programs are now not getting too much attention and being given leeway.
