Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan kualitas sumber daya manusia perspektif pendidikan formal dengan kesejahteraan keluarga. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kecamatan Sidoharjo Kabupaten Sragen dengan mengambil obyek penelitian perangkat desa di seluruh Kecamatan Sidoharjo yang berjumlah 156 sampel dari 12 desa. Hipotesis yang diajukan adalah terdapat hubungan antara kualitas sumber daya manusia perspektif pendidikan formal dengan kesejahteraan keluarga pada pemerintah desa di Kecamatan Sidoharjo Kabupaten Sragen. Metode penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif korelasional. Instrumen pengumpul data dengan kuosioner dan wawancara, untuk memperoleh informasi dari responden dalam arti laporan pribadi dan keluarganya, baik dari pendidikan maupun dari segi kesejahteraan keluarga. Indikator untuk mengetahui tingkat pendidikan adalah pendidikan formal dari tingkat SD, SMP, SMU dan Akademi/Perguruan Tinggi. Sedangkan indikator yang digunakan untuk mengetahui kesejahteraan keluarga adalah: kebutuhan fisiologis, kebutuhan keamanan, kebutuhan sosial, kebutuhan penghargaan dan pengakuan, serta kebutuhan kesempatan mengembangkan diri. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah: 1) Tabel frekuensi, digunakan untuk mengetahui persebaran tingkat pendidikan formal responden dari tingkat SD, SMP, SMU dan Akademi/Perguruan Tinggi; 2) Teknik tabulasi silang, digunakan untuk mengetahui kecenderungan hubungan kedua variabel tersebut dengan jalan menyilangkan antara kualitas sumber daya manusia dilihat dari perspektif pendidikan formal dengan tiap indikator kesejahteraan keluarga; 3) Korelasi product moment digunakan untuk mengetahui hubungan kualitas sumber daya manusia perspektif pendidikan formal dengan kesejahteraan keluarga serta hubungan kualitas sumber daya manusia dilihat dari perspektif pendidikan formal dengan tiap indikator dari kesejahteraan keluarga. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan uji statistik, hipotesis yang berbunyi: ada hubungan antara kualitas sumber daya manusia perspektif pendidikan formal dengan kesejahteraan keluarga pada pemerintah desa di Kecamatan Sidoharjo Kabupaten Sragen dapat diterima.

This research was aimed at finding out the relation of the quality of human resources is perspective of formal education with the family prosperity. This research was conducted in the Sidoharjo District of Sragen Regency, involving object of research village pair in the Sidoharjo District it was 156 sample from 12 village. The hypothesis proposed was to be found of significant between quality of human resource perspective formal education with the family prosperity at village pair in the Sidoharjo District of Sragen Regency. The research method in the research is descriptive of correlation method. Instrument of gathering with questionnaire and interview, used to getting information from respondent report himself and the family. Indicator to know education level is formal education from primary school, senior primary school, senior high school and college level. Than indicator to know the family propriety is: physiologist needed, safety needed, social needed, creed and appreciation needed so to extend opportunity himself needed. The technique of analysis used is: 1) Frequency table, used to know distribution of formal education level from primary school, senior primary school, senior high school and college level; 2) Cross tabulation technique, used to know preference of the rela tion two variable crossing between the quality of human resources from perspective of formal education with each indicator of the family prosperity; 3) The correlation product moment. This analysis technique used to know the relation of the quality of human resources is perspective formal education with the family prosperity also the relation of the quality of human resources from perspective of formal education with each indicator from the family propriety. From the research produce and statistic test, hypothesis to say: There are relation of human resources perspective of formal education with the family prosperity at village pair in the Sidoharjo District of the Sragen Regency accepted.
