ANALISA TINDAKAN PERBAIKAN WAKTU DELAY PADA PRODUKSI PRECAST BOX GIRDER TIPE LENGKUNG STUDI PADA PT WIJAYA KARYA BETON

Pada penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor yang menyebabkan terjadinya delay produksi precast box girder yang terjadi pada PT. Wijaya Karya Beton yang merupakan anak perusahaan dari PT. Wijaya Karya. Hal ini nantinya akan dijadikan acuan untuk mengurangi delay produksi precast box girder, dimana delay ini menjadi salah satu permasalahan yang harus dicarikan strategi penyelesaiannya. Mengingat sudah semakin banyak kompetitor yang ada. Setelah didapatkan faktor terjadinya delay tersebut, maka metode penelitian yang dilakukan adalah dengan melakukan Forum Group Discussion (FGD) dimana pada kegiatan FGD tersebut, peserta yang mengikuti ada 8 orang. Hasil dari FGD tersebut adalah didapatkannya strategi dalam menjawab dari faktor yang mempengaruhi delay produksi precast box girder. Sedangkan metode penelitian yang dilakukan dalam menentukan faktor yang mempengaruhi terjadinya delay produksi precast box girder adalah dengan menggunakan metode regresi linear berganda. Hasil dari penelitian oleh penulis adalah faktor yang telah disajikan sebanyak 9 faktor tersebut dinyatakan berpengaruh terhadap delay produksi precast box girder.

This study aims to determine the factors causing delay in the production of precast box girders that occurred in PT Wijaya Karya Beton, a subsidiary of PT Wijaya Karya. This will later be used as a reference to reduce the delay in the production of precast box girders, as this delay becomes one of the problems whose solution must be found due to considering upcoming competitors. After obtaining the factors of the delay, the research method was to conduct a Forum Group Discussion (FGD) with eight participants involved. The result of the FGD was the acquisition of strategies in answering the factors affecting the delay in the production of precast box girders. Meanwhile, the research method done in determining the factors which influenced the delay in the precast box girder production was to use the multiple linear regression method. The research has shown that the nine factors affect the delay in the production of precast box girders.
