Hubungan Self Efficacy Anggota Peternak dengan Efektivitas Fungsi Kelompok Ternak Sapi Potong Sebagai Unit Usaha di Kelurahan Palbapang, Kabupaten Bantul

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis tingkat self efficacy, efektivitas fungsi kelompok peternak sebagai unit usaha, dan menganalisis hubungan self efficacy dengan efektivitas fungsi kelompok peternak sapi potong anggota sebagai unit usaha di Kelurahan Palbapang, Kapanewon Bantul, Kabupaten Bantul, Yogyakarta. Pengambilan data dilakukan selama bulan Juni 2022 dengan menggunakan metode wawancara dengan bantuan kuesioner yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitas. Responden merupakan 48 orang peternak sapi potong penggemukan yang merupakan semua anggota kelompok peternak sapi potong di Kelurahan Palbapang, Bantul, Yogyakarta. Variabel yang diukur dalam penelitian ini yaitu self efficacy dan efektivitas fungsi kelompok peternak sebagai unit usaha yang terdiri dari unit usaha sarana dan prasarana, produksi, pengelolaan, penyedia modal dan pemasaran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tingkat self efficacy dalam kategori tinggi (82,80%) dan tingkat efektivitas fungsi kelompok peternak sapi potong sebagai unit usaha dalam kategori tinggi (74,92%). Berdasarkan hasil analisis korelasi rank spearman, self efficacy mempunyai hubungan yang signifikan dengan efektivitas fungsi kelompok peternak sapi potong sebagai unit usaha sarana dan prasarana (p<0,01) namun berhubungan tidak signifikan dengan indikator efektivitas fungsi kelompok peternak sapi potong sebagai unit usaha produksi (p>0,05), penyedia modal (p>0,05), pengelolaan (p>0,05), dan pemasaran (p>0,05). Secara umum self efficacy memiliki hubungan signifikan dengan efektivitas fungsi kelompok peternak sapi potong sebagai unit usaha (p<0,01). Berdasarkan penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa tingkat self efficacy dan efektivitas fungsi kelompok peternak sapi potong sebagai unit usaha termasuk dalam kategori tinggi. Self efficacy memiliki hubungan yang signifikan dengan fungsi kelompok peternak sebagai unit usaha. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa jika self efficacy anggota kelompok peternak sapi potong tinggi maka efektivitas fungsi kelompok peternak sebagai unit usaha juga tinggi, begitupun sebaliknya.

The aims of this study was to analyze the level of self-efficacy, the level of beef cattle farmer group's function effectiveness as abusiness unit, and to analyze the relationship between self efficacy and beef cattle farmer group's function effectiveness as abusiness unit in Palbapang District, Bantul Regency. Data collection was carried out during January 2022 until September 2022 using the interview method with the help of a questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability. Respondents were 48 fattening beef cattle farmers who were all members of the beef cattle farmers group, Palbapang, Bantul, Yogyakarta. The variables measured in this study are self efficacy and beef cattle farmer group's function effectiveness as a business unit consisting of business units of facilities and infrastructure, production, processing, capital provider and marketing. The results showed the level of self efficacy in the high category (82,80%) and the level of beef cattle farmer group's s function effectiveness as a business unit in the high category (74,92%). Based on the results of the spearman rank correlation analysis, self-efficacy has a significant relationship with the beef cattle farmer group's function effectiveness as a business unit as facility and infrastructure (p<0,01), but is not significantly related to the indicator of the beef cattle farmer group's function effectiveness as a business unit as production (p>0, 05), capital providers (p>0,05), management (p>0,05), and marketing (p>0,05). In general, self-efficacy has a significant relationship with beef cattle farmer group's function effectiveness as business unit (p<0.01). Based on this research, it can be concluded that the self efficacy and beef cattle farmer group's function effectiveness as business unit are in high category. Self efficacy has a significant relationship to beef cattle farmer group's function effectiveness as a business unit. This results showed that if self-efficacy of the members of the farmer group is high, the effectiveness of the function of the farmer group as a business unit is also high, and vice versa
