Sistem Informasi Pengenalan Ekspor Untuk UMKM Yogyakarta Berbasis Web

UMKM melakukan kegiatan usahanya dengan proses penjualan dari dalam negeri maupun ke luar negeri. Jumlah UMKM di Indonesia dapat dikatakan tidak sedikit, namun sayangnya dengan jumlah yang tidak sedikit tersebut kegiatan ekspor barang yang dilakukan oleh UMKM masih terbilang rendah. Rendahnya hal ini dikarenakan pelaku UMKM kurang mengetahui akan mekanisme proses ekspor serta potensi yang dimiliki. Pelaku UMKM juga masih minim pengetahuan terkait pemasaran barang dalam proses ekspor. Hal ini menyebabkan kurangnya kualitas serta daya saing yang dimiliki oleh UMKM. Melihat dari permasalahan tersebut, maka dirancang serta dibangun sebuah sistem untuk edukasi terkait kegiatan ekspor serta memberikan informasi stakeholder ekspor dan informasi pembeli barang ekspor. Sistem ini akan memudahkan pelaku UMKM karena dapat diakses secara gratis untuk informasi tertentu serta dapat diakses dimana saja serta kapan saja. Pada Proyek Akhir ini dibuat sebuah sistem informasi pengenalan kegiatan eskpor dengan nama Eksportin berbasis website dengan menggunakan teknologi Progressive Web Apps serta arsitektur sistem microservice. Sistem dibangun dengan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan javascript, menggunakan framework Laravel untuk Backend serta framework NextJs untuk Frontend, Chakra UI, Redux serta Apache server dan MySQL sebagai sarana basis data. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Eksportin telah layak digunakan oleh pengguna serta memudahkan untuk belajar mengenai eskpor. Sistem informasi Eksportin memiliki peforma yang sangat baik berdasarkan hasil audit lighthouse dengan rata-rata nilai 84 untuk performance, 89 untuk accessibility, 89 untuk best practice dan 89 untuk SEO dan terdapat teknologi Progressive Web Apps di dalamnya.

MSMEs carry out their business activities by selling processes from within the country and abroad. The number of MSMEs in Indonesia can be said to be not small, but unfortunately with this large number of goods export activities carried out by MSMEs are still relatively low. This low is because MSME actors do not know about the mechanism of the export process and the potential they have. MSME actors also lack knowledge related to the marketing of goods in the export process. This causes a lack of quality and competitiveness of SMEs. Seeing these problems, a system was designed and built for education related to export activities as well as providing information on export stakeholders and information on buyers of export goods. This system will make it easier for MSME actors because it can be accessed for free for certain information and can be accessed anywhere and anytime. In this final project, an information system for the introduction of export activities with the name Exportin is made based on a website using Progressive Web Apps technology and microservice system architecture. The system is built using the PHP and javascript programming languages, using the Laravel framework for the Backend and the NextJs framework for the Frontend, Chakra UI, Redux and Apache server and MySQL as database facilities. The results showed that Eksportin was suitable for use by users and made it easier to learn about exports. The Eksportin information system has a very good performance based on the results of the lighthouse audit with an average score of 84 for performance, 89 for accessibility, 89 for best practice and 89 for SEO and there is Progressive Web Apps technology in it.
