ANALISIS SEKTOR UNGGULAN DI KOTA MATARAM DALAM RANGKA MENDUKUNG KAWASAN MATARAM RAYA SEBAGAI PUSAT KEGIATAN NASIONAL (PKN)

Pembangunan ekonomi di tingkat nasional sangat ditentukan oleh pembangunan ekonomi di seluruh daerah demi mengangkat kesejahteraan masyarakat. Indonesia yang terdiri dari berbagai wilayah memiliki kondisi dan potensi ekonomi yang beragam. Pembangunan ekonomi diperlukan untuk memperkuat sektor-sektor perekonomian dengan memanfaatkan sumber daya dan potensi yang ada secara optimal. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui sektor unggulan di Kota Mataram dengan menggunakan metode analisis Location Quotient, analisis Shift Share, analisis Tipologi Klassen, analisis Overlay. Hasil dari analisis Overlay selanjutnya digunakan untuk mengevaluasi tujuan RPJMD Kota Mataram 2016-2021. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu PDRB Kota Mataram 2022-2021 dan PDRB Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat 2011-2021 yang bersumber dari Badan Pusat Statistik Kota Mataram dan Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat. Variabel dalam penelitian ini yaitu pertumbuhan ekonomi Kota Mataram dan Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat, data konstribusi tiap sektor terhadap PDRB Kota Mataram dan Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat. Hasil dari analisis LQ menunjukkan bahwa sektor yang menjadi sektor unggulan yaitu Sektor Industri Pengolahan; Perdagangan Besar dan Eceran; Reparasi Mobil dan Sepeda Motor; Jasa Keuangan dan Asuransi; Real Estate; Jasa Perusahaan; dan Jasa Pendidikan. Hasil analisis Shift Share menunjukkan bahwa sektor yang menjadi winner yaitu Sektor Perdagangan Besar dan Eceran, Reparasi Mobil dan Sepeda Motor; Informasi dan Komunikasi; Jasa Keuangan dan Asuransi; Real Estate; Jasa Perusahaan; Administrasi Pemerintahan, Pertahanan dan Jaminan Sosial Wajib; Jasa Pendidikan; Jasa Kesehatan dan Kegiatan Sosial; dan Jasa Lainnya. Hasil analisis Tipologi Klassen menunjukkan bahwa sektor yang maju dan tumbuh pesat yaitu Sektor Industri Pengolahan; Sektor Pengadaan Air, Pengelolaan Sampah, Limbah dan Daur Ulang; Sektor Konstruksi; Sektor Perdagangan Besar dan Eceran, Reparasi Mobil dan Sepeda Motor; Sektor Informasi dan Komunikasi; Sektor Jasa Keuangan dan Asuransi; Sektor Real Estate; Sektor Jasa Perusahaan; Sektor Administrasi Pemerintahan, Pertahanan dan Jaminan Sosial Wajib; Sektor Jasa Pendidikan; Sektor Jasa Kesehatan dan Kegiatan Sosial; dan juga Sektor Jasa Lainnya. Hasil analisis Overlay menunjukkan bahwa sektor unggulan di Kota Mataram yaitu Sektor Perdagangan Besar dan Eceran; Reparasi Mobil dan Sepeda Motor, Sektor Jasa Keuangan dan Asuransi, Sektor Real Estate, Sektor jasa Perusahaan, dan Sektor Jasa Pendidikan. Hasil analisis evaluasi tujuan RPJMD Kota Mataram menunjukkan bahwa fokus pembangunan di Kota Mataram berfokus pada sektor administrasi pemerintahan padahal sektor tersebut bukan menjadi sektor paling unggul di Kota Mataram.

Economic development at the national level is largely determined by economic development in all regions to raise people's income. Indonesia with various regions, has various economic conditions and potentials. Economic development is needed to strengthen economic sectors by utilizing existing resources and potential optimally. The purpose of this study is to determine the leading sectors in Mataram City by using the Location Quotient analysis method, Shift Share analysis, Klassen Typology analysis, and Overlay analysis. The results of the Overlay analysis are used to evaluate the objectives of RPJMD Mataram 2016-2021. The data used in this study are the GRDP of Mataram City 2022-2021 and the GRDP of West Nusa Tenggara Province 2011-2021 which are sourced from Badan Pusat Satistik of Mataram City and West Nusa Tenggara Province. The variables in this study are the economic growth of Mataram City and West Nusa Tenggara Province, and data on the contribution of each sector to the GRDP of Mataram City and West Nusa Tenggara Province. The results of the LQ analysis show that the leading sectors are the Manufacturing Industry Sector; Wholesale and Retail Trade; Car and Motorcycle Repair; Financial Services and Insurance; Real Estate; Company Services; and Education Services. The results of the Shift Share analysis show that the winning sectors are the Wholesale and Retail Trade, Car and Motorcycle Repairs; Information and Communication; Financial Services and Insurance; Real Estate; Company Services; Government Administration, Defense, and Mandatory Social Security; Education Services; Health Services and Social Activities; and Other Services. The results of Klassen's Typology analysis show that the advanced and rapidly growing sectors are the Manufacturing Industry Sector; Water Supply, Waste Management, Waste, and Recycling Sector; Construction Sector; Wholesale and Retail Trade, Car and Motorcycle Repair Sector; Information and Communication Sector; Financial Services and Insurance Sector; Real Estate Sector; Corporate Services Sector; Government Administration, Defense, and Mandatory Social Security Sector; Education Services Sector; Health Services and Social Activities Sector; and also Other Service Sector. The results of the Overlay analysis show that the leading sectors in Mataram City are the Wholesale and Retail Trade sectors; Car and Motorcycle Repair, Financial and Insurance Services Sector, Real Estate Sector, Corporate Services Sector, and Education Services Sector. The results of the analysis of the evaluation of the objectives of the RPJMD for the City of Mataram show that the focus of development in the City of Mataram focuses on the government administration sector even though this sector is not the most superior sector in the City of Mataram.
