MASJID JAMI CIPULIR DENGAN PENDEKATAN ARSITEKTUR TROPIS

Indonesia merupakan negara dengan populasi penduduk muslim terbesar di dunia, sebagai negara dengan penduduk muslim terbesar kebutuhan akan tempat ibadah merupakan hal yang sangat signifikan, ditambah dengan laju pertumbuhan penduduk Indonesia yang mencapai 1% pertahun akan mengakibatkan peningkatan penduduk muslim sebesar 10% pada tahun 2045, hal ini akan mengarah ke permasalahan kebutuhan akan tempat ibadah pada masa kini maupun masa mendatang. Fungsi tipologi berupa Masjid Jami yang memiliki fungsi sebagai masjid ditambah dengan ruang terbuka hijau dipilih sebagai alternatif solusi dari permasalahan diatas. Pendekatan arsitektur tropis digunakan sebagai bentuk respon terhadap kebutuhan untuk mengatasi permasalahan yang terjadi akibat iklim tropis dari indonesia dimana iklim tropis erat kaitannya dengan karakteristik temperatur panas dan kelembaban yang tinggi yang jika dicerminkan kepada acuan kenyamanan orang atau manusia akan masuk kedalam kategori tidak nyaman. Dalam tulisan ini akan dirumuskan konsep-konsep perancangan yang nantinya akan digunakan pada tahap perancangan selanjutnya (transformasi dan pengembangan desain). Dalam naskah Pra Tugas Akhir ini, konsep dirumuskan secara linear dimana terdapat perumusan konsep makro yang merumuskan bagaimana site dapat berhubungan dengan konteks di luar site, konsep meso dimana mengatur mengenai tata cara penempatan aspek-aspek dalam site dan juga konsep mikro yang bertujuan untuk mengatur aspek arsitektural praktis kedalam bangunan. Semua konsep dirumuskan dengan berbasis data analisis dari tapak.

Indonesia is a country with the largest Muslim population in the world, as a country with the largest Muslim population, the need for places of worship is very significant, coupled with the growth rate of Indonesia's population which reaches 1% per year will result in an increase in the Muslim population by 10% in 2045, this will lead to the problem of the need for places of worship in the present and in the future. The typological function in the form of the Jami Mosque which has a function as a mosque plus open space was chosen as an alternative solution to the problems above. The tropical architectural approach is used as a response to the need to overcome the problems that occur due to the tropical climate of Indonesia where the tropical climate is closely related to the characteristics of high heat and humidity which, if reflected in the reference to the comfort of people or humans, will fall into the uncomfortable category. In this paper, design concepts will be formulated which will be used in the next design stage (transformation and design development). In this paper, the concept is formulated linearly where there is a macro concept formulation that formulates how the site can relate to the context outside the site, the meso concept which regulates the procedures for placing aspects in the site and also micro concept that aims to regulate practical architectural aspects into buildings. All concepts are formulated with data-based analysis from the site.
