Penilaian Kualitas Visual Lanskap Wanawisata Bulupitu Di Desa Tunjungseto, Kecamatan Kutowinangun, Kabupaten Kebumen

Dewasa ini, banyak pihak yang mulai melirik sektor pariwisata untuk dimanfaatkan sebagai penunjang ekonomi daerah. Salah satu daerah yang sedang mengembangkan potensi wisatanya adalah Wanawisata Bulupitu di Kabupaten Kebumen. Pengembangan obyek wisata alam bertujuan agar dapat menambah keindahan kawasan, dan membuat kawasan tersebut lebih menarik untuk dikunjungi wisatawan. Lanskap yang estetik dapat menjadi salah satu faktor daya tarik pengunjung untuk berkunjung ke sebuah objek wisata. Saat ini, Wanawisata Bulupitu masih dalam proses pengembangan, sehingga penataan kawasan obyek wisata, khususnya yang menyangkut kualitas visual lanskap yang ada tampak belum dilakukan secara optimal. Berdasarkan kondisi tersebut, maka diperlukan penilaian kualitas visual lanskap Wanawisata Bulupitu. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menilai kualitas visual lanskap Wanawisata Bulupitu di Desa Tanjungseto, Kecamatan Kutowinangun, Kabupaten Kebumen. Pada proses pengumpulan data, dilakukan penentuan vantage point (VP) dengan metode systematic random sampling. Kemudian, pengumpulan data penilaian preferensi dilakukan melalui kuesioner online kepada 100 responden. Data yang terkumpul kemudian dianalisis dengan menggunakan metode scenic beauty estimation (SBE). Nilai SBE Wanawisata Bulupitu dinilai dari tiga kriteria (kompleksitas, koherensi, dan kealamian) tergolong dalam kategori sedang, yang ditunjukkan oleh nilai SBE rata-rata 12 sampel lanskap yang diteliti sebesar 5,25 dengan rincian 6 sampel berkualitas rendah (dengan kisaran nilai SBE rata-rata -17, - 1,40); 3 berkualitas sedang (dengan kisaran nilai SBE rata-rata 1,41-21,00); dan 3 berkualitas tinggi (dengan kisaran nilai SBE rata-rata > 21,00). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, rekomendasi yang dapat diberikan kepada pihak pengelola adalah, perlunya dilakukan kegiatan eksplorasi atraksi, perawatan fasilitas, dan perbaikan aksesibilitas di kawasan Wanawisata Bulupitu, untuk meningkatkan nilai kualitas visual lanskap secara keseluruhan sehingga pengunjung akan tertarik untuk berkunjung kembali

Today, many parties are starting to look at the tourism sector to be used as a support for the regional economy. One area that is developing its tourism potential is the Bulupitu Wanawisata in Kebumen Regency. The development of natural tourism objects aims to add to the beauty of the area, and make the area more attractive for tourists to visit. Aesthetic landscapes can be one of the factors that attract visitors to visit a tourist attraction. Currently, Bulupitu Wanawisata is still in the development process, so that the arrangement of the tourist attraction area, especially regarding the visual quality of the existing landscape, appears not to be carried out optimally. Based on these conditions, it is necessary to assess the visual quality of the Bulupitu Wanawisata landscape. The purpose of this study was to assess the visual quality of the Bulupitu Wanawisata landscape in Tanjungseto Village, Kutowinangun District, Kebumen Regency. In the data collection process, the vantage point (VP) was determined using the systematic random sampling method. Then, the collection of preference assessment data was carried out through an online questionnaire to 100 respondents. The collected data was then analyzed using the scenic beauty estimation (SBE) method. The SBE value of Bulupitu Tourism Park is assessed from three criteria (complexity, coherence, and naturalness) belonging to the medium category, which is indicated by the average SBE value of the 12 landscape samples studied at 5.25 with details of 6 samples of low quality (with a range of average SBE values). -average -17, - 1.40); 3 medium quality (with an average SBE score of 1.41-21.00); and 3 are of high quality (with an average SBE score range of > 21.00). Based on the results of the study, recommendations that can be given to the manager are the need for exploration of attractions, maintenance of facilities, and improvement of accessibility in the Bulupitu Wanawisata area, to increase the value of the overall visual quality of the landscape so that visitors will be interested in visiting again.
