Pengambilan keputusan merupakan suatu aktivitas utama manajernen yang sangat menentukan keberadaan suatu perusahaan. Kesalahan dalam pengambilan keputusan dapat rnengakibatkan kehancuran suatu perusahaan. Sehingga dalarn melakukan aktivitas ¡ni, para ahli menejemen senantiasa mencari system, metode atau teknologi yang dapat membantu dalam tugas utamanya tersebut. Sistem pendukung keputusan dengan menggunakan teori fuzzy untuk mengembangkan suatu produk bant merupakan sebuah system yang membantu para peinbuat keputusan untuk memutuskan jenis kendaraan yang akan diproduksi dan beberapa pilihan produk. Data yang sulit diketahui nilai kepastiannya seperti faktor market yaitu permintaan, competitor, dan reseller, serta faktor keadaaan sosial rnasyarakatnya yaitu usia, pekerjaan dan kondisi ekonorni merupakan kendala yang akan dipecahkan dalam penelitian ini. Dengan menginputkan sfesifikasi komponen sepeda motor, seperti komponen mesin, komponen rangka dan system elektrik, maka model biaya dan alternatifnya dapat ditentukan. Selain faktor bahan baku, diperhitungkan juga faktor upah kerja dan biaya overhead didalam perhitungan faktor biaya produksi. Faktor ekstern seperti market dan individual diproses rnenggunakan data fuzzy dan model fuzzy. Dan beberapa keuntungan pemodelan fuzzy, salah satunya adalah model fuzzy lebih mudah untuk dimengerti, dibangun dan dirnodifikasi. Pada akhirnya system ¡ni akan rnenghasilkan informasi kepada pembuat keputusan mengenai estirnasi biaya produksi dengan alternatifnya dan tingkat keputusan dan system apakah suatu produk baik atau layak untuk diproduksi dengan mempertimbangkan faktor biaya produksi, market dan individu

Decision Making is major and decisive managing activity of a company. The failure in the decision making may result in the disaster of the company. Management experts always look for a system, a method or technology that can help them accomplish their ¡nain task The decision support system using fuzzy theory to develop a new product is a the one that help the decision makers in making decision of which kind of vehicle will be produced of the existing product choices. The data with its uncertainty such as market factor of demand, competitor, reseller, and the social situation of society, i.e., age, occupation and economy COndition represent the obstacle intended to examine in the study. Considering the component specification of motorcycle as the input, such as machine component, frame component and electric system, the cost model and its alternative can be determined. In addition to the raw material, the factor of the labor wage and overhead are also calculated in the examining the factor of production cost. The external factor as market and individuals are processed using fuzzy data and model. One of the superiority of the fuzzy model is ease in understanding, formulating and modifying it. Finally, the system will provide the decision maker with the production cost estimate and its alternative and the decision level of the system whether a product is feasible to produce considering the factor of production cost, market and individual
