Persepsi Masyarakat Terhadap Jasa Lingkungan Hutan di Kawasan Hutan Pinus Precet, Kabupaten Malang,Provinsi Jawa Timur

Hutan Pinus Precet merupakan salah satu hutan yang terletak di Dusun Precet, Desa Sumbersuko, Kecamatan Wagir, Kabupaten Malang. Hutan Pinus Precet termasuk salah satu kawasan hutan yang dikelola oleh masyarakat bekerjasama dengan PT. Perhutani dengan payung LMDH (Lembaga Masyarakat Desa Hutan) Wana Lestari yang bertujuan mewujudkan manfaat hutan lestari bersama masyarakat. Kerjasama yang dilakukan berupa pengelolaan berbasis agroforesty kopi di bawah tegakan pinus. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui persepsi masyarakat sekitar hutan terhadap keberadaan hutan dan jasa lingkungan hutan di Hutan Pinus Precet. Penyusunan instrumen penelitian berdasarkan pengelompokan jasa lingkungan hutan yang digolongkan menjadi empat yakni penyediaan (provisioning), pengaturan (regulating), pendukung (supporting), dan budaya (cultural). Metode pengambilan data yang dilakukan yakni metode survei dengan instrumen penelitian berupa kuesioner. Pengambilan data dilakukan pada 131 responden di lokasi penelitian yang telah ditentukan. Pengukuran data dilakukan dengan menggunakan skala likert dan analisis data dilakukan dengan uji validitas dan reliabilitas serta analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa masyarakat Dusun Precet dan Dusun Maduarjo setuju hutan memberikan jasa lingkungan bagi masyarakat sekitar. Hal tersebut ditunjukkan oleh hasil indeks penilaian penyediaan sebesar 77,99%, pengaturan sebesar 80,48%, pendukung sebesar 85,19%, dan budaya sebesar 77,10%. Masyarakat juga memiliki sikap positif terhadap pengelolaan dan upaya konservasi di Hutan Pinus Precet dengan indeks penelitian sebesar 80,05%. Sebagian besar masyarakat juga menyatakan bahwa hutan tidak memberikan dampak negatif bahkan merasa hutan memiliki peran yang penting dan perlu adanya konservasi yang baik dan berkelanjutan untuk menjaga keberadaan hutan.

Precet Pine Forest is one of the forests that located in Precet, Sumbersuko, Wagir, Malang Regency. Precet Pine Forest is one of forest areas managed by local people in collaboration with PT. Perhutani by LMDH (forest village community institution) Wana Lestari wichs aims to realize the sustainable forest benefits with the local people. The collaboration is managed with agroforestry by planting coffee under the pine trees. This study aims to find out the local perception about the existence of forest and ecosystem services in Precet Pine Forest. The preparation of research instruments is based on the four classification ecosystem services namely provisioning, regulating, supporting, and cultural. The collection data method was by survey method with questionnaire for the instrument. Data collection was carried out on 131 respondents at predetermined locations. Measurement data was carried out by likert scale and the data analysis carried out with validity and realibility tests also descriptive analysis. The result showed that the people of Precet and Maduarjo agreed that the forest provided ecosystem services for the local people. This is indicated by the results of the rating index value provisioning 77,99%, regulating 80,48%, supporting 85,19%, and cultural 77,10%. The local people also has a positive attitude towards management and conservation that happened in Precet Pine Forest with rating index 80,05%. Most of local people also explain that the forest did not have a negative impact and felt that the forest had an important role in ecosystem there is a need good and sustainable conservation to maintenance the existence of forest.
