KOMPARASI KEMAMPUAN METODE ALTMAN, SPRINGATE, ZMIJEWSKI, OHLSON DAN GROVER DALAM PREDIKSI KESULITAN KEUANGAN SEBELUM DAN SAAT PANDEMI COVID-19 (Studi Pada Industri Perhotelan, Transportasi Dan Logistik 2018-2021)

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur seberapa besar kemampuan dan akurasi dari masing-masing pengukuran metode Altman, Springate, Zmijewski, Ohlson dan Grover dalam prediksi kesulitan keuangan pada industri perhotelan, transportasi dan logistik yang terdaftar pada Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) tahun 2018-2021 di Indonesia sebelum dan saat pandemi Covid-19. Hasil akhir penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa metode perhitungan prediksi kesulitan keuangan dengan tingkat akurasi menggunakan model Altman sebesar 64,44%, model Springate sebesar 66,67%, model Zmijewski sebesar 56,67%, model Ohlson sebesar 40,00% dan model Grover sebesar 74,44%. Kemudian dari 5 (lima) model yang telah diujikan secara umum memiliki tingkat akurasi tertinggi yaitu model Grover dengan 134 dari 180 record dalam kategori prediksi benar. Serta model yang telah diuji secara umum memiliki tingkat akurasi yang paling baik untuk rentang waktu sebelum pandemi Covid-19 adalah model Grover dengan tingkat akurasi sebesar 80% dan saat pandemi Covid-19 adalah model Springate dengan tingkat akurasi sebesar 78,89%.

This study aims to measure how much the ability and accuracy of each measurement of the Altman, Springate, Zmijewski, Ohlson and Grover methods in predicting financial difficulties in the hospitality, transportation and logistics industries listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2018-2021 in Indonesia before and during the Covid-19 pandemic. The results of this study showed that the calculation method of predicting financial difficulties with an accuracy rate using the Altman model of 64.44%, the Springate model of 66.67%, the Zmijewski model of 56.67%, the Ohlson model of 40.00% and the Grover model of 74.44%. Of the 5 (five) models that have been tested in general Grover model have the highest level of accuracy with 134 out of 180 records in the correct prediction category. As well as the model that has been tested in general has the best accuracy rate for time span before the Covid-19 pandemic is the Grover model with an accuracy rate of 80% and during the Covid-19 pandemic is the Springate model with an accuracy rate of 78.89%.
