Sistem pendukung keputusan pemberian bonus berdasarkan penilaian kinerja karyawan pada perusahaan mebel Prima di Klaten

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperbaiki kinerja sistem pengolahan data personalia meñgenai hasil prestasi keija karyawan di perusahaan mebel CV Prima di Kiaten melalui penerapan sistem informasi berbasis komputer dan menerapkan sistem pendukung keputusan bagi pihak pengmbi1 keputusan di perusahaan dalam melakukan pemberian bonus kepada karyawannya. Penelitian dilakukan di perusahaan mebel CV Prima di Kiaten mengenai penilaian kineija karyawan. Hash dan penilaian kineija karyawan tersebut dapat menjadi tolak ukur bagi para pengambil keputusan di perusahaan dalam hal memberikan bonus kepada karyawannya atas prestasi yang telah diraihnya. Kriteria yang menjadi tolak ukur penilaian kineija kaiyawan adalah bempa data- data mengenai presensi karyawan dan data mengenai produktivitas kerja. Penentuan tingkat pnOritas kepentingan masing-masing kriteria dengan menggunakan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process dan teknik penilaian kriteria dian untuk menghitung nilai kinezja karyawan berdaSarlcan masing-masing kritena penilaian tersebut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metode AH? clan teknik penilaian kriteria telah dapat diimplementasikan dengan baik sebagai sistem pendukung keputusan yang membantu menyelesaikan permasalahan pemberian bonus karyawan berdasarkan penilaian kinerja karyawan.

Objective of this research is to improve performance of personnel data processing system in regard with employee’s working achievement at furniture firm of CV Prima in Kiaten through application of computer-based information system and application ofdeãision supjmrt system for decision-maker party at this firm in execution awarding bonus for its employees. The research was conducted at furniture firm of CV Prima in Kiaten in regard with employee performance evaluation. Result of this evaluation can be benchmarking for decision-maker at this firm in term of awarding bonus to its employees for the achievement that have been obtained. Criteria that become benchmarking in evaluation are in form of employce’s presence data and working productivity data. Establishing importance priority level ofeach criteria was done by using Analytical Hierarchy Process method and criteria evaluating technique was used to count employee performance value based on each of those evaluation criteria Result of this research showed that AHP method and criteria evaluation technique has been able to be implemented well as decision support system that assists to solve problem of awarding bonus to employee based on employee perfonnance evaluation.
