Evaluasi Kinerja Terminal Warumusio Sebagai Terminal Regional Baru Di Kota Baubau

Terminal Warumusio, terletak di Kota Baubau Provinsi Sulawesi tenggara. Beberapa armada di Terminal Warumusio tidak memanfaatkan lokasi dan fasilitas yang ada di terminal dalam hal menaikkan dan menurunkan penumpang. Salah satu faktor diduga yang menyebabkan calon penumpang/penumpang dan pengemudi enggan untuk memanfaatkan terminal yang telah disediakan, yaitu faktor Karakteristik lahan dan beberapa fasilitas yang ada di Terminal Warumusio. Oleh karena itu melalui studi ini, akan dikaji tentang evaluasi kinerja terminal regional baru warumusio, dengan melihat tingkat pelayanan dan faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap kinerja Terminal Warumusio. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Mengukur kinerja Terminal Warumusio dan Menengetahui faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap kinerja Terminal Warumusio sebagai terminal regional baru di Kota Baubau. Data diperoleh dengan Observasi dan Kuesioner yang telah divalidasi sebelumnya dan di bagikan kepada para pengemudi dan penumpang pada Terminal Warumusio. Analisis dengan Deskrkriptif normatif menggunakan bantuan skala likert untuk mengukur kinerja Terminal Warumusio berdasarkan standar dan persepsi pengguna Terminal dan faktor apa yang berpengaruh terhadap kinerja Terminal Warumusio. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa Terminal Warumusio belum bekerja secara optimal sebagai Terminal Regional Baru di Kota Baubau, dan belum sepenuhnya memenuhi standar terminal Tipe B, tetapi ada beberapa hal yang telah memenuhi standar atau kriteria dari terminal tipe B yaitu Lokasi, sirkulasi, dan volume penumpang dan pengemudi. Kemudian faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap kinerja Terminal Warumusio yaitu fasilitas yang ada di dalam Terminal Warumusio sudah cukup baik tetapi belum lengkap, atau belum terpenuhi fasilitas utama dan pendukungnya berdasarkan standar terminal tipe B. faktor yang mempengaruhi Kinerja Terminal Warumusio yaitu fasilitas yang ada di dalam terminal, serta ketersediaan kendaraan/angkutan umum untuk akses dari teminal ke tempat tujuan sehingga membuat penumpang sebagai pengguna jasa lebih memilih untuk langsung ke tempat tujuan tanpa harus singgah ke terminal. Lokasi/ letak Terminal Warumusio kurang strategis tidak terletak di pusat kota, padahal pengguna jasa lebih banyak melakukan aktifitas di pusat kota.

Some fleets at Warumusio Terminal do not take advantage of the location and facilities at the terminal in terms of loading and unloading passengers. One of the factors suspected to cause prospective passengers/passengers and drivers are reluctant to use the terminal that has been provided, namely the characteristics of the land and some of the facilities in the Warumusio Terminal. Therefore, through this study, an evaluation of the performance of the new regional warumusio terminal will be examined, by looking at the level of service and the factors that influence the performance of the Warumusio Terminal. This study aims to measure the performance of Warumusio Terminal and find out the factors that influence the performance of Warumusio Terminal as a new regional terminal in Baubau City. Data was obtained by using observations and questionnaires that had been previously validated and distributed to drivers and passengers at Warumusio Terminal. The normative descriptive analysis uses the Likert scale to measure the performance of the Warumusio Terminal based on the standards and perceptions of Terminal users and what factors affect the performance of the Warumusio Terminal. The results of the analysis show that the Warumusio Terminal has not worked optimally as a New Regional Terminal in Baubau City, and has not fully met the standards of the Type B terminal, but there are several things that have met the standards or criteria of the type B terminal, namely Location, circulation, and passenger volume and driver. Then the factors that affect the performance of the Warumusio Terminal are the facilities in the Warumusio Terminal are good enough but not complete, or the main and supporting facilities have not been fulfilled based on the standard type B terminal. as well as the availability of vehicles/public transportation for access from the terminal to the destination, thus making passengers as service users prefer to go directly to their destination without having to stop at the terminal. The location/location of the Warumusio Terminal is not strategic, it is not located in the city center, even though service users do more activities in the city center.
