Pengaruh Karakteristik dan Tingkat Kepercayaan Peternak Sapi Perah terhadap Partisipasi Keanggotaan Koperasi di Kabupaten Sleman

Koperasi merupakan sebuah tempat untuk menyejahterakan peternak sapi perah dalam melakukan usaha beternak. Berbagai program yang diberikan oleh koperasi ditujukan untuk melayani anggotanya sehingga anggota dapat mengoptimalkan sumber daya yang berasal dari ternak yang dipelihara. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kepercayaan peternak sapi perah terhadap koperasi yang peternak ikuti. Selain itu penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui gambaran partisipasi peternak sapi perah dalam mengikuti program yang diadakan oleh koperasi. Penelitian ini juga dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi partisipasi peternak dalam mengikuti program koperasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan mengambil sampel sejumlah 101 peternak sapi perah yang tersebar di Kecamatan Pakem dan Cangkringan, Kabupaten Sleman. Data diambil dalam bentuk data primer yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan alat bantu kuesioner yang sudah diuji validitas dan reliabilitas. Data yang diperoleh berupa skala likert perlu dilakukan transformasi dengan menggunakan metode MSI (Method Succesive Interval) untuk dapat dianalisis. Pengukuran tingkat kepercayaan peternak sapi perah terhadap koperasi yang dilakukan analisis PCA (Principal Component Analysis) menghasilkan kesimpulan bahwa kepercayaan terhadap teman dekat di koperasi merupakan komponen utama yang mampu mereduksi komponen lain dan dapat menjelaskan 89.174% varians yang terjadi. Berdasarkan analisis pengaruh tingkat kepercayaan terhadap partisipasi anggota koperasi dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda diperoleh data bahwa variabel luas lahan dan kepercayaan peternak terhadap inseminator koperasi memiliki pengaruh nyata terhadap partisipasi di koperasi (p<0,05). Lahan usaha yang luas dan program yang berkaitan dengan IB di koperasi secara keseluruhan terbukti dapat meningkatkan partisipasi anggota. Perlu dilakukan perhatian khusus pada program yang sempat terhenti.

Cooperatives are a place for the welfare of dairy farmers in carrying out livestock farming. Various programs provided by cooperatives are intended to serve their members so that members can optimize the resources that come from the livestock they raise. This study was conducted with the aim of knowing the level of trust of dairy farmers in the cooperatives that farmers participate in. In addition, this study was conducted to determine the description of the participation of dairy farmers in participating in the program held by the cooperative. This study was also conducted with the aim of analyzing the factors that influence the participation of farmers in participating in the cooperative program. This research was conducted by taking a sample of 101 dairy farmers spread across Pakem and Cangkringan Subdistricts, Sleman Regency. The data is taken in the form of primary data which is carried out using a questionnaire tool that has been tested for validity and reliability. The data obtained in the form of a Likert scale needs to be transformed using the MSI (Method Succesive Interval) method to be analyzed. Measurement of the level of trust of dairy farmers in cooperatives by PCA (Principal Component Analysis) analysis resulted in the conclusion that trust in close friends in cooperatives is the main component that is able to reduce other components and can explain 89.174% of the variance that occurs. Based on the analysis of the effect of the level of trust on the participation of cooperative members using multiple linear regression analysis, it was obtained that the variables of land area and farmer's trust in cooperative inseminators had a significant effect on participation in cooperatives (p <0.05). The large land area and IB programs in the cooperative as a whole have been shown to increase member participation. Special attention needs to be paid to programs that have stopped.
