PENGARUH LINGKUNGAN FISIK HIJAU PADA KESEHATAN MENTAL DAN CITRA BANDARA SERTA DAMPAKNYA PADA LOYALITAS PENGUNJUNG TERMINAL 3 BANDARA SOEKARNO HATTA- TANGERANG

Tingginya minat dan kesadaran masyarakat terhadap konsep ekonomi hijau membuat berbagai sektor usaha menerapkan konsep tersebut untuk meningkatkan respon positif dari masyarakat dan karyawan terhadap perusahaan. Menyikapi hal tersebut, Terminal 3 Bandara Soekarno Hatta dituntut untuk dapat menerapkan konsep hijau dalam operasional bisnisnya sebagai bentuk tanggung jawab untuk menjaga lingkungan dan berdampak pada citra perusahaan terhadap masyarakat yang nantinya diharapkan dapat mempengaruhi loyalitas konsumen. Hal ini menarik untuk diteliti, dengan tujuan untuk membuktikan apakah hasil penelitian yang dilakukan Han dkk (2020b) di Korea Selatan menunjukkan hasil yang serupa ketika diteliti di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan dilakukan dengan responden pengunjung Terminal 3 Bandara Soekarno Hatta. Dari 6 hipotesis yang dikemukakan dalam penelitian ini, terdapat 1 hipotesis yang tidak berpengaruh positif dan 5 hipotesis yang berpengaruh positif. Temuan dalam penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa variabel desain bangunan hijau tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap kesehatan mental pengunjung. Temuan penelitian ini dengan hipotesis yang didukung adalah variabel suasana alam berpengaruh positif terhadap kesehatan mental pengunjung, variabel desain bangunan hijau berpengaruh positif pada citra bandara, variabel suasana alam berpengaruh positif pada citra bandara, variabel kesehatan mental berpengaruh positif terhadap loyalitas pengunjung. Theincreasing public interest and awareness of the concept of a green economy has made various business sectors apply the concept to increase the positive response from the public and employees to the company. In response to this, Terminal 3 of Soekarno Hatta Airport is required to be able to apply the green concept in its business operations as a form of responsibility to protect the environment and have an impact on the company's image of the community which is expected to affect consumer loyalty. This is interesting to study, with the aim of proving whether the results of research conducted by Han et al (2020b) in South Korea show similar results when researched in Indonesia. This research used quantitative methods and was conducted with respondents visiting Terminal 3 of Soekarno Hatta Airport. Of the 6 hypotheses proposed in this study, there is 1 hypothesis that has no positive effect and 5 hypotheses that have a positive effect. The findings in this study prove that green building design variables do not have a positive effect on the mental health of visitors. The findings of this study with supported hypotheses are that natural atmosphere variables have a positive effect on visitors' mental health, green building design variables have a positive effect on airport image, natural atmosphere variables have a positive effect on airport image, mental health variables have a positive effect on visitor loyalty. Then, airport image variables have a positive effect on visitor loyalty
