Pengembangan Fungsi Reporting pada Sistem Informasi Manajemen Proyek Lembaga Kerja Sama Fakultas Teknik

LKFT (Lembaga Kerja Sama Fakultas Teknik) Universitas Gadjah Mada adalah lembaga yang memberikan layanan pengabdian kepada masyarakat berupa jaringan kerja dalam bidang keteknikan dengan institusi yang ada di dalam negeri atau di luar negeri. Dalam kesehariannya, LKFT melakukan segala proses kegiatan secara konvensional yaitu dengan sistem luring sehingga berjalan lambat. Hal ini yang mendasari dibuatnya sistem informasi berupa web untuk LKFT. Tujuannya untuk mempermudah kinerja LKFT secara daring agar efektif dan efisien. Proyek ini sudah dimulai sejak tahun 2020. Namun, dalam pengembangannya masih perlu beberapa perbaikan, salah satunya adalah penambahan fitur pelaporan atau reporting yang menjadi fokus utama pengembang dalam capstone project tahun ini. Fitur ini dikembangkan dengan bahasa pemrograman JavaScript untuk bagian frontendnya, PHP untuk bagian backendnya, dan juga MySQL untuk mengelola databasenya. Untuk framework menggunakan CodeIgniter untuk backendnya dan Vue.js untuk frontendnya. Library yang digunakan, yaitu Axios untuk melakukan request data dari http, Bootstrap Vue untuk membantu merapikan tampilan, PhpSpreadsheet untuk generate data dalam bentuk file excel, dan Chart.js untuk membantu membuat grafik. Luaran dari fitur ini adalah kotak informasi berisi tentang total jumlah kontrak, total nilai kontrak, dan total kontrak selesai. Kemudian, terdapat grafik berisi total proyek kerja sama dan nilai proyek kerja sama. Grafik ini juga dapat diurutkan berdasarkan departemen dan tahun. Terakhir, terdapat fitur download rekapitulasi dan dapat melakukan request berdasarkan departemen, tahun, dan bulan. Pada pengujian, dilakukan dua jenis pengujian, yaitu black box testing untuk menguji segi fungsionalitas dan usability testing untuk menguji segi nonfungsionalitas. Hasil dari black box testing menunjukan dari 22 skenario yang diuji menunjukan keberhasilan sesuai dengan harapan pengembang dan pada usability testing didapatkan skor SUS (System Usability Scale) sebesar 78,5 yang masuk ke kategori grade B (Good), serta hasil pengerjaan skenario usability testing menunjukan data bila fitur pelaporan atau reporting ini menambah efisiensi waktu pengerjaan pelaporan hingga 98%.

LKFT (Cooperation Institute for the Faculty of Engineering) Universitas Gadjah Mada is an institution that provides community service services in the form of networking in the field of engineering with institutions in the country or abroad. In their daily life, LKFT performs all process activities conventionally, namely the offline system so that it runs slowly. This is what underlies the creation of an information system in the form of a web for LKFT. The goal is to facilitate LKFT's online performance to be effective and efficient. This project has been started in 2020. However, in its development, it still needs some improvements, one of which is the addition of reporting features which are the main focus of developers in this year's capstone project. This feature was developed using the JavaScript programming language for the frontend, PHP for the backend, and MySQL for managing the database. The framework uses CodeIgniter for the backend and Vue.js for the frontend. The libraries used are Axios to request data from HTTP, Bootstrap Vue to help tidy up the appearance, PhpSpreadsheet to generate data in the form of an excel file, and Chart.js to help create graphs. The output of this feature is an information box containing the total number of contracts, total contract value, and total completed contracts. Then, there is a graph containing the total number of cooperation projects and the value of the cooperation projects. This graph can also be sorted by department and year. Finally, there is a recapitulation download feature and you can make requests based on department, year, and month. In the test, two types of tests were carried out, namely black box testing to test the functionality aspect and usability testing to test the non-functionality aspect. The results of the black box testing show that from the 22 scenarios tested, they were successful by the developer's expectations, and in usability testing, a SUS (System Usability Scale) score of 78.5 was obtained which entered the grade B (Good) category, and the results of usability testing scenarios showed data when this reporting feature increases the efficiency of reporting processing time by up to 98%.
