ANALISIS PENGARUH TINGKAT INFLASI, PRODUK DOMESTIK REGIONAL BRUTO (PDRB), DAN INDEKS PEMBANGUNAN MANUSIA (IPM) TERHADAP UPAH MINIMUM EKS-KARESIDENAN BANYUMAS PADA TAHUN 2012-2019

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh tingkat Inflasi, Produk Domestik Regional Bruto (PDRB), dan Indeks Pembangunan Manusia (IPM) terhadap Upah Minimum Kabupaten/Kota (UMK) di wilayah Eks-Karesidenan Banyumas pada tahun 2012-2019. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda data panel, yaitu 4 kabupaten/kota di wilayah wilayah Eks-Banyumas dalam time series 2012-2019. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder yang diperoleh dari publikasi Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) dan Provinsi Jawa Tengah Dalam Angka. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel Inflasi tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap Upah Minimum Kabupaten/Kota sedangkan variabel PDRB dan IPM berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Upah Minimum Kabupaten/Kota di wilayah Eks-Karesidenan Banyumas pada tahun 2012-2019. Kemudian penelitian ini mendapatkan hasil bahwa Variabel independen Inflasi, PDRB, dan IPM secara bersama-sama mempengaruhi variabel dependen Upah Minimum Kabupaten/Kota sebesar 97,57%. sisanya sebesar 2,43% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain di luar model.

This study aims to determine the effect of the level of inflation, Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP), and the Human Development Index (HDI) on the Regency/City Minimum Wage in the Banyumas Ex-Resident Area in 2012-2019. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative using multiple linear regression analysis of panel data, namely 4 districts/cities in the Ex-Banyumas region in the 2012-2019 time series. The data used in this study is secondary data obtained from the publications of the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) and Central Java Province in Figures. The results showed that the inflation variable had no effect on the Regency/City Minimum Wage, while the GRDP and HDI variables had a positive and significant effect on the Regency/City Minimum Wage in the Banyumas Ex-Resident Area in 2012-2019. Moreover the result showed that the independent variables Inflation, GRDP, and HDI jointly affect the dependent variable of the Regency/City Minimum Wage by 97.57%. the remaining 2.43% was influenced by other variables outside the model.
