SISTEM INFORMASI DAN MANAJEMEN CORE FIBER OPTIK PADA FIBER DISTRIBUTION TERMINAL DAN FIBER ACCESS TERMINAL BERBASIS APLIKASI ANDROID

Selaras dengan perkembangan teknologi, semakin banyak perusahaan yang melakukan digitalisasi pada beberapa sektor di perusahaan mereka. Hal ini karena di era globalisasi beberapa sektor bisnis harus responsif terhadap perubahan dan cepat dalam mengambil keputusan sehingga dapat meminimalisir kerugian dan memaksimalkan keuntungan. Salah satu perusahaan yang membutuhkan digitalisasi untuk mengelola data mereka adalah perusahaan dibidang Internet Service Provider(ISP). Perusahaan ISP memiliki data-data yang berisi informasi sebaran dari Fiber Distribution Terminal dan Fiber Access Terminal yang mereka miliki. Suatu terminal berisi berbagai informasi terkait fiber optik yang ada didalamnya. Dengan kemudahan akses data-data dengan cara melakukan digitalisasi dalam bentuk sebuah aplikasi, dapat diambil keputusan-keputusan yang dapat berpengaruh pada bisinis. Selain itu dapat memudahkan orang dilapangan dalam melakukan perbaikan pada terminal. Maka dari itu pada penelitian ini dibuat sebuah aplikasi yang bernama FCM (Fiber Core Management). Secara garis besar, aplikasi ini memiliki dua tipe user yaitu admin dan publik. Admin sebagai pengelola data dan publik sebagai pengakses informasi. Untuk mengetahui apakah aplikasi sudah sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna atau belum maka dilakukan usability testing dengan metode System Usability Scale (SUS). Penelitian ini terdiri dari 14 responden yang merupakan responden yang mengetahui tentang jaringan komputer dan konsep FFTH. Berdasarkan hasil usability testing yang telah dilakukan dengan menggunkan metode SUS, maka skor SUS yang didapatkan adalah 80,35. Sehingga dari nilai skor SUS tersebut aplikasi memiliki grade rangkings A-, acceptability range adalah acceptable, adjective rating adalah excellent, dan nilai NPS dari aplikasi FCM adalah Promoter yang artinya pengguna yang menggunakan aplikasi ini memiliki inisiatif untuk mempromosikan aplikasi agar dapat digunakan oleh orang lain. Responden juga memberikan komentar dan saran yaitu sebaiknya meningkatkan UI dari aplikasi agar lebih menarik, mengembangkan aplikasi dengan dapat mengintegrasikan aplikasi dengan sistem lain, memperkecil ukuran aplikasi untuk meningkatkan performa dari aplikasi, dan menambahkan beberapa informasi contohnya informasi jarak FDT ke FAT dan menampilkan jumlah FDT dan FAT pada suatu wilayah.

In line with technological developments, more and more companies are digitizing several sectors in their companies. This is because in the era of globalization some business sectors must be responsive to changes and quick in making decisions so as to minimize losses and maximize profits. One of the companies that need digitization to manage their data is a company in the field of Internet Service Providers (ISP). ISP companies have data containing information on the distribution of their Fiber Distribution Terminal and Fiber Access Terminal. A terminal contains various information related to the optical fiber contained in it. With easy access to data by digitizing it in the form of an application, decisions can be made that can affect the business. For example the decision to expand the range of fiber optic cable. In addition, it can make it easier for people in the field to make repairs to the terminal. Broadly speaking, this application has two types of users, namely admin and general. Admin as a data manager and the public as access to information. To find out whether the application is in accordance with user needs or not, usability testing is carried out using the System Usability Scale (SUS) method. This study consisted of 14 respondents who are respondents who know about computer networks and the concept of FFTH. Based on the results of usability testing that has been carried out using the SUS method, the SUS score obtained 80.35. So from the SUS score, the application has an A- grade, the acceptability range is acceptability, the adjective rating is excellent, and the NPS value of the FCM application is Promoter, which means that users who use this application have the initiative to promote the application so that it can be used by others. Respondents also gave comments and suggestions that it is better to improve the UI of the application to make it more attractive, develop the application by being able to integrate the application with other systems, reduce the size of the application to improve the performance of the application, and add some information, for example, the distance of FDT to FAT and display the number of FDT and FAT on a region.
