Analisis Faktor-Faktor yang Mempengaruhi Pendapatan Kelompok Nglarisi di Masa Pandemi Covid-19 Tahun 2020-2021

Kota Yogyakarta memiliki permasalahan mengenai kemiskinan dan kesenjangan pendapatan. Pemerintah Kota Yogyakarta membuat suatu program untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut dengan membentuk Program Nglarisi. Program Nglarisi adalah kelompok bidang usaha kuliner untuk memberdayakan masyarakat agar mengurangi kemiskinan dengan persyaratan memiliki minimal 2 anggota pemegang Kartu Menuju Sejahtera (KMS) . Pemasaran dilakukan dengan cara online melalui aplikasi Jogja Smart Service (JSS) Kota Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh faktor jumlah tenaga kerja, lama usaha, dan modal usaha terhadap pendapatan Kelompok Nglarisi baik secara simultan maupun parsial. Metode pengumpulan data dengan wawancara dan kuesioner terhadap 40 Kelompok Nglarisi dengan teknik pengambilan sampel metode purposive sampling. Jenis penelitian merupakan deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menggunakan alat Regresi Linear Berganda. Hasil menunjukan bahwa faktor jumlah tenaga kerja berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap pendapatan Kelompok Nglarisi, faktor lama usaha berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap pendapatan Kelompok Nglarisi dan faktor modal usaha berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pendapatan Kelompok Nglarisi. Faktor jumlah tenaga kerja, lama usaha, dan modal usaha berpengaruh simultan terhadap pendapatan Kelompok Nglarisi.

The city of Yogyakarta has problems regarding poverty and income inequality. The created a program to overcome these problems by establishing the Nglarisi Program. The Nglarisi Program is a culinary business group to empower the community to reduce poverty with the requirement to have at least 2 members of the Card Toward Prosperity (KMS) holder. Marketing is done online through the Yogyakarta Smart Service (JSS) application. This study aims to determine the effect of the number of workers, length of business, and business capital on the income of the Nglarisi Group either simultaneously or partially. Data were collected by interviews and questionnaires to 40 Nglarisi groups with purposive sampling method sampling technique. The type of research is quantitative descriptive using Multiple Linear Regression tools. The results show that the number of workers has a positive but not significant effect on the income of the Nglarisi Group, the length of business has a negative and significant effect on the income of the Nglarisi Group and the business capital has a positive and significant effect on the income of the Nglarisi Group. The number of workers, length of business, and business capital has a simultaneous effect on the income of the Nglarisi Group.
