Implementasi Program SIDA SAMEKTA dalam Pembangunan Desa Cerdas Informasi Desa Wonosari, Kabupaten Gunungkidul

Penulisan skripsi ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi program SIDA SAMEKTA dalam berkontribusi membangun Desa Cerdas Informasi di Desa Wonosari, Kabupaten Gunungkidul. Penelitian ini memakai pendekatan deskripsi kualitatif. Sumber data penulisan ini menggunakan sumber data sekunder yang diperoleh melalui jurnal, wawancara, website, report, statistik dan government website. Hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa SIDA SAMEKTA berjalan cukup baik, semakin efektifnya penyelenggaraan pemerintahan desa di Desa Wonosari. Sistem informasi desa semakin efektif telah mewujudkan tata kelola pemerintahan desa yang baik. Namun, implementasi program SIDA SAMEKTA dinilai masih belum memberikan hasil yang signifikan bagi masyarakat. Masih perlu diperbaiki mengenai sasaran dan tujuan yang masih kurang tepat ditujukan untuk siapa saja program tersebut, mengenai kualitas sumber daya manusia yang masih perlu ditingkatkan, komunikasi yang masih belum terfokus pada materi, respon organisasi pelaksana yang masih kurang terhadap tanggapan masyarakat, sikap pelaksana yang belum dapat disiplin dan lingkungan yang belum sepenuhnya mendukung jalannya program SIDA SAMEKTA. Sedangkan, keunggulan adanya SIDA SAMEKTA telah memberi manfaat bagi warga lokal, yaitu produk lokal desa dapat dipromosikan dengan adanya aplikasi SIDA SAMEKTA ini. Manfaat bagi pemerintah desa juga lebih memudahkan pemerintah desa dalam mewujudkan satu data demi mewujudkan pelayanan publik yang efektif dan efisien.

The purpose of writing this thesis is to find out the implementation of the SIDA SAMEKTA program in contributing to building an Information Smart Village in Wonosari Village, Gunungkidul Regency. This study uses a qualitative description approach. The data source of this writing uses secondary data sources obtained through journals, interviews, websites, reports, statistics and government websites. The results of the study can be concluded that SIDA SAMEKTA is running quite well, the more effective the implementation of village governance in Wonosari Village. The more effective village information system has realized good village governance. However, the implementation of the SIDA SAMEKTA program is considered to have not yet provided significant results for the community. It still needs to be improved regarding the targets and objectives that are still not properly addressed to who the program is, regarding the quality of human resources that still need to be improved, communication that is still not focused on the material, the response of implementing organizations that are still lacking in community responses, the attitude of the implementers who have not can be disciplined and an environment that has not fully supported the course of the SIDA SAMEKTA program. Meanwhile, the advantages of having SIDA SAMEKTA have provided benefits for local residents, namely local village products can be promoted with the SIDA SAMEKTA application. The benefits for the village government also make it easier for the village government to realize one data in order to realize effective and efficient public services.
