Analisis Penerapan Building Information Modelling Untuk Perhitungan Kuantitas Pekerjaan Kayu

Indonesia merupakan negara yang sedang mengalami perkembangan infrastruktur yang sangat pesat. Pemerataan perkembangan infrastruktur merupakan salah satu fokus pemerintah negara pada saat ini, pada dasarnya dapat menjadi faktor pendukung kemajuan perkembangan negara. Dengan banyaknya pembangunan yang dilakukan, efektivitas dana efisiensi pekerjaannya mengalami peningkatan permintaan, dari segi waktu dan biaya. Untuk itu perlu adanya peningkatan sistem yang digunakan oleh para pelaku konstruksi agar pekerjaan dapat menghasilkan output yang lebih baik dengan proses yang lebih efisien. Untuk memangkas proses yang inefsien, modern ini bidang konstruksi mengalami perkembangan teknologi dan mulai berpindah dari metode konvensional ke Building Information Modelling (BIM), yang merupakan sistem yang mengandung semua elemen informasi penting sebuah konstruksi mulai dari proses desain, konstruksi, pemeliharaan yang terintegrasi pada permodelan 3D. Pada peneltian ini penulis membuat perbandingan perhitungan biaya metode konvensional dengan perhitungan biaya menggunakan aplikasi BIM Revit 2019 dan efisiensi pengerjaannya. Pada penulisan ini diperlihatkan bagaimana BIM dapat mempermudah persiapan pengerjaan sebuah konstruksi, dengan selisih hasil kurang lebih 3 - 6% dibandingkan dengan metode konvensional, dengan pengerjaan yang lebih mendetail, fleksibel dan multifungsi.

Equitable development of infrastructure is one of the focuses of the state government at this time, basically it can be a supporting factor for the progress of the country's development. With so many developments being carried out, the effectiveness and efficiency of the work has increased in demand, in terms of time and cost. For this reason, it is necessary to improve the system used by construction actors so that work can produce better output with a more efficient process. To reduce inefficient processes, the modern construction sector has experienced technological developments and has begun to move from conventional methods to Building Information Modeling (BIM), which is a system that contains all the important information elements of a construction starting from the design, construction, maintenance processes that are integrated into the modeling. 3D. In this research, the author makes a comparison of the cost calculation of the conventional method with the calculation of costs using the BIM Revit 2019 application and the efficiency of the process. This paper shows how BIM can facilitate the preparation of a construction, with a yield difference of approximately 3 - 6% compared to conventional methods, with more detailed, flexible and multifunctional work.
