Analisis Vector Autoregressive untuk Pemodelan Hubungan antara Pertumbuhan Ekonomi, Penanaman Modal dan Belanja Infrastruktur Jalan di Jawa Barat

Penelitian ini dilakukan karena adanya fenomena ekonomi dan hubungan dua arah yang mungkin saja terbentuk berdasarkan hubungan pertumbuhan ekonomi, jumlah penanaman modal asing, penanaman modal dalam negeri, dan belanja infrastruktur jalan di Provinsi Jawa Barat dalam kurun waktu triwulan I 2012 sampai dengan triwulan IV 2019. Tujuan penelitian ini dilakukan adalah untuk; (1) mengetahui arah hubungan yang terbentuk antara masing masing variabel pertumbuhan ekonomi, belanja infrastruktur jalan, penanaman modal asing, dan penanaman modal dalam negeri di Provinsi Jawa Barat (2) mengetahui perkiraan dampak shock dari suatu variabel terhadap variabel itu sendiri dan variabel lainnya; dan (3) mengetahui prediksi kontribusi persentase varian setiap variabel karena adanya perubahan variabel tertentu. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode ordinary least square (OLS) dengan analisis vector autoregressive (VAR). Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa pemodelan terbaik untuk analisis ini adalah VECM, dimana terdapat hubungan jangka panjang dari keempat variabel. Analisis menunjukkan bahwa terdapat tiga hubungan searah dan satu hubungan dua arah yang dapat terbentuk. PDRB berpengaruh signifikan terhadap PMDN dan belanja infrastruktur jalan, PMDN berpengaruh signifikan terhadap belanja infrastruktur jalan, PMA berpengaruh signifikan terhadap PMDN, dan belanja infrastruktur jalan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap PDRB. Hasil perkiraan respon kedepan masing-masing variabel menunjukkan bahwa dampak shock dari suatu variabel terhadap variabel itu sendiri dan variabel lainnya cenderung fluktuatif dan sampai pada periode keempat beberapa variabel sudah mulai stabil. Kontribusi persentase varian setiap variabel karena adanya perubahan variabel lain yang paling besar berasal dari variabel itu sendiri, namun akan semakin berkurang pada periode selanjutnya. Kontribusi variabel lainnya cukup kecil, namun cenderung meningkat.

This research was conducted because of the economic phenomenon and the two-way relationship that may be formed from the relationship of economic growth, foreign investment, domestic investment, and road infrastructure spending in West Java Province in the first quarter of 2012 to the fourth quarter of 2019. The objective of this study were to; (1) knowing the direction of the relationship formed between the variables of economic growth, road infrastructure expenditure, foreign investment, and domestic investment in West Java Province (2) knowing the impact of each variable itself and other variables; and (3) knowing the contribution of the proportion of each variable due to the presence of certain variables. Data analysis in this study was carried out using the ordinary least square (OLS) method with vector autoregressive (VAR) analysis. The results of the analysis show that the best model for this analysis is VECM, where there is a long term of the four variables. The analysis shows that there are three unidirectional relationships and one bidirectional relationship that can be formed. GRDP has a significant effect on PMDN and road infrastructure spending, PMDN has a significant effect on road infrastructure spending, PMA has a significant effect on PMDN, and road infrastructure spending has a significant effect on GRDP. The results of the prediction of the future response of each variable indicate that the shock impact of a variable on the variable itself and other variables tends to fluctuate and until the fourth period the variables have started to stabilize. The percentage contribution of the variance of each variable due to changes in other variables, the largest comes from the variable itself, but will decrease in the next period. The contribution of other variables is quite small, but tends to increase.
