Partisipasi Wanita Tani dalam Penerapan Konsep Smart-Eco Bioproduction di Agrowisata Kampung Anggur Kalurahan Sumbermulyo Kapanewon Bambanglipuro Kabupaten Bantul

Agrowisata merupakan kawasan kepariwisataan dengan konsep pertanian. Agrowisata Kampung Anggur termasuk agrowisata dengan nilai ekonomi tinggi dan dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat setempat. Untuk menciptakan agrowisata yang berkelanjutan serta mengantisipasi permasalahan isu sektor pertanian dimasa mendatang, perlu penerapan konsep pertanian dengan paradigma baru yaitu menerapkan pertanian yang cerdas, ramah lingkungan dan berkelanjutan atau konsep smart eco-bio production. Keberhasilan penerapan konsep smart eco-bio production salah satunya ditentukan oleh partisipasi wanita tani mulai dari tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan, menikmati hasil sampai evaluasi. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui besar tingkat partisipasi wanita tani dalam penerapan konsep smart eco-bio production dan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhinya. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Penentuan sampel dilakukan secara simple random sampling sebanyak 40 wanita tani. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa lebih dari 50% wanita tani sering berpartisipasi dalam penerapan konsep smart eco-bio production di Agrowisata Kampung Anggur. Persentase tahap partisipasi wanita tani paling sering dalam penerapan konsep smart eco-bio production secara berurutan yaitu tahap menikmati hasil (80,20%), tahap pelaksanaan (66,38%), tahap perencanaan (65,56%) dan tahap evaluasi (45,52%). Faktor yang berpengaruh nyata terhadap partisipasi wanita tani yaitu peran KWT. Faktor yang tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap partisipasi diantaranya umur, tingkat pendidikan, pendapatan keluarga, tingkat kosmopolitan, motivasi dan peran penyuluh pertanian. Dari penelitian ini disimpulkan bahwa wanita tani memiliki tingkat partisipasi yang tinggi dalam penerapan konsep smart eco-bio production di Agrowisata Kampung Anggur. Semakin besar peran KWT, maka semakin tinggi partisipasi wanita tani dalam penerapan konsep smart eco-bio production di Agrowisata Kampung Anggur.

Agrotourism is a tourism area with an agricultural concept. Kampung Anggur agro-tourism includes agro-tourism with high economic value and can improve the welfare of the local community. To create sustainable agro-tourism and anticipate future problems in the agricultural sector, it is necessary to apply the concept of agriculture with a new paradigm, namely applying smart, environmentally friendly and sustainable agriculture or the concept of smart eco-bio production. The success of implementing the smart eco-bio production concept is determined by the participation of women farmers from the planning, implementation, utilization of the results and evaluation. This research with aims to know the level of participation of female farmers in the application of the smart eco-bio production concept and to determine the factors that influence it. The method used in this study is a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. Determination of the sample is done by simple random sampling as many as 40 women farmers. The results showed that more than 50% of women farmers often participate in the application of the smart eco-bio production concept in Kampung Anggur Agrotourism. The percentage of women farmer participation stages most often in the application of the smart eco-bio production concept sequentially, namely the stage of utilization the results (80.20%), the implementation stage (66.38%), the planning stage (65.56%) and the evaluation stage (45 ,52%).The factor that significantly influences the participation of women farmers is the role of women farmer group (KWT). Factors that have no significant effect on participation are age of the women farmer, education level, family income, cosmopolitan level, motivation and the role of extension agents. From this research, it was concluded that women farmer have a high level of participation in the application of the concept of smart eco-bio production in Agrotourism Kampung Anggur. The greater the role of women farmer group (KWT), the higher the participation of women farmer in the application of the smart eco-bio production concept in Kampung Anggur Agrotourism.
